This is a spectacular machine!

My family bought this for me for Christmas so we have only been using it for a few days, but so far we all l love it. The grinder is very quiet compared to what it could be, our whole family was looking at the milk frother wondering how it works, and the choice of different drinks is amazing with such ease of use. The screen guides you with the initial setup and any tasks that need to be completed. Running out of water mid-drink is no problem, it prompts you to refill and then at the push of a button it will continue brewing. Our whole family can have what we like for coffee drinks and tonight we used the milk frother to make hot chocolate and it was wonderful. I wish all of the reviews weren't from people who got a free one because after doing a lot of research, I am more than happy with this purchase (but how are all these people getting free ones?) and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a fully automatic espresso machine.

We have had this coffee maker for more than a year snd it continues to make great coffee drinks. It’s robust snd holds up to at least 8 coffees a day. Love love this machine

I bought this a month ago. I do like how everything is at a touch of a button, but the espresso is not strong at all. No matter how strong I set the strength or any brew setting, it’s always mild espresso. This is not worth the price it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very happy with the espresso machine. It works well and I'm still learning just what all it can do. There's so many different things you can make and different settings so I'm still trying them all. It did not make any coffee pucks for the first 50 drinks or so, and instead just made a wet mess. This seems to be normal though from reading online. After that it has worked great, so make sure to run a few coffees through it before making a decision on whether to keep it.

YI have had the machine for about 2 months. There is a short learning curve, but it consistently gets easier. My only challenge is how to properly adjust the grind. Great machine!
