We love it ! Great Espresso machine. We were use to the Nespresso machines. We had 3 different kinds over the years and they all start getting very loud. The cleaning is pain for those machines. I love the Phillips because is easy to clean and is very quiet compared to my other experiences.

Machine is Trash

Brand New, Out of the Box and it wont dispense coffee. All the coffee goes into the discard/drip tray. Of course I cant get a hold of support because they close at 5 and weekends and have no online support options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this machine about six weeks ago and I wished I would have known about it and purchased much sooner in life! The coffee is fantastic and we have really enjoyed using the machine. I suggest going online to find the manual and do a little reading. There are so many things this machine will make. You can use coffee beans, you can use ground coffee. There are so many settings and different profiles. Cleaning is very easy. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this machine-I’ve used it over 500 times and it’s flawless. The milk is great. My favorite drink is the latte macchiato. The extra shot feature is great too.

I received this machine as a Christmas gift and had no idea how much I was going to love it. I use it all through the day for perfect coffees every time. Easy to use, easy to clean.

We got this machine a week ago. We love it! It has so many features and makes good frothing for coffee ☕️ as well as making it lighter or stronger! It's so easy to use, looks nice, and doesn’t take up as much space. It's also easy to clean. I do recommend it. Hopefully, it will last more than two years, not like two of my Delonghi La Specialista.

I personally do not own one of these. But my best friend has one. I have had at least 40 cups if coffee from this machine. I like the espresso lungo and the americano best. Can not get over how convenient this machine is. How fast it makes a cup of coffee, and so little maintenance goes into it. I will be buying one of these tax time next year. Can't wait till it goes on sale again
