I love mine. It’s simple to use, easy to clean and makes great coffee and coffee. Glad I chose this unit over other models and brands. No complaints after 6 months. In a perfect world I wish it would make larger cup of coffee but I just make 2 and pour them into my large travel mug.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After about 6 months the grinder basically stopped working and now, after cleaning, troubleshooting, greasing, and every step in the manual it still will not feed beansbintk the grinder. It will now work about 10% of the time. The best diagnosis is that the grinder feed is poorly designed and no amount of troubleshooting, cleaning, or repairs will make it work properly and consistently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After much deliberation, including the pricing pros vs cons, needs vs wishes, and deciding to go for it, I am absolutely thrilled that I did. As a former daily coffee shop customer, I am making up for the cost already by using this masterpiece daily. This machine has everything I need and more. It does it all so smoothly too. I do not recall ever using a grinder as quiet as this one and the flavor it extracts from the beans is second to none. The lattes, espressos, and even regular coffees come out as works of art that I am always excited to watch them being created.

I bought this a month ago. I do like how everything is at a touch of a button, but the espresso is not strong at all. No matter how strong I set the strength or any brew setting, it’s always mild espresso. This is not worth the price it is.
