The camera hardware is fine but the cloud clips captured with the new camera version will not download. The app shows error after error even though I’m subscribed to “Cam Unlimited”. Unlimited clips that I cannot download because their cloud service is incredibly and consistently buggy. I’ve tried over multiple days and the cloud files always throw errors. Fix it Wyze. Glitch after glitch has me thinking about going back to Arlo.

Awesome price point as compared to other camera that are similar. Love the easy connection process and the tilt upgrade. Shadows caused by the sun and wind blowing tree limbs and landscape items are still an issue. The cameras always think the shadows are “people” . We are AOK wit the shadow issue as everything else about the cameras is over the top amazing!!!!
