I genuinely love Wyze products and thought I would upgrade from my Pan v3 to the newer Pan v4. First one I received keep going offline. I received a replacement and same thing happened and I had to return it and go back to the v3
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unfortunately, this camera did not meet my expectations. The performance is far below what was advertised, and it clearly needs a firmware update. I hope the manufacturer addresses these issues promptly

To help improve performance, please make sure your firmware is up to date by opening the Wyze app, going to Account → Firmware Update, and installing any available updates. Check your camera’s signal strength under Camera Settings → Device Info, and if it’s weak (less than 2 bars), try moving the camera or router closer together. If the update fails, remove any microSD card and reboot your Wi-Fi router before retrying. If you’re still experiencing issues, please reach out to our Wizards team at https://support.wyze.com/, tap the Message icon at the bottom right, fill out the questionnaire, and choose how you’d like to speak with our team.
The change from qr_code to blutooth msde installation and configuratiom much better. No more sun glare on the screen. Would have been helpful if my existing wyze outdoor power suppy could have been used with a micro usb to usb c adapter (included with the camera.)

I am so happy with my purchase this camera is really great and I am going to tell all my friends and family about this brand! We recently went to a cute local cafe and noticed they had these exact cameras installed and we were so excited to see that! Highly recommend this item! Thank you WYZE!
Great resolution, the only problem is that it would have a lag very often despite my good internet speed and the tracking was poor it never reset to home location properly.
delay is strong and the number of times it freezes 3 doesn't record to the SD card is astounding.daiky restarts and lost footage
