Great product!

Received headphones two weeks ago and already love them. The noise cancellation is the perfect balance of sound comfort and quiet. The cushioned ear pads and the padding headband makes the headphones incredibly comfortable. It’s lightweight design allows you to wear them for hours. The only complaint is the volume control in the headphones, kind of tricky but if you use the Bose application become more friendly.

An absolute game-changer!

I have owned Bose headphones since the original pair that was ever released. Fast forward to about 5 pairs later, these headphones took me by surprise. This was very close in experience to unboxing and using the original iPhone. An absolute game changer.
Things I like:
1. Greatly improved mechanical design. Seems much more sturdy than other models, as you can definitely see the metal components.
2. Much more premium feel. I do not feel like the cushions will disintegrate anytime soon.
3. Auto power-off! This is a big feature with as seamless UI as possible - put them on, they turn on.. take them off, they shut off to save power. Absolutely brilliant and something that I have wanted for a while. I typically come back to discharged headphones after forgetting to turn off the switch.
4. Single button control, volume slider.. definitely very intuitive, versus having a multitude of buttons all over the place.
5. No problems charging with high-wattage adapters, as sometimes the older versions did not "recognize" my charger.
6. Immersive audio - definitely something that I did not expect. The experience was similar to listening to a pair of liquid-cooled speakers in the early 2000s.. this absolutely blew me away. It would be great to use these headphones with a VR setup.
7. You can finally charge and listen at the same time! This was a big thing missing from virtually all QC models and I'm glad to see that Bose has finally implemented it. Especially on long flights, this feature is a lifesaver!

Easy to use

I love my new headphones phones, very easy to use and it works great blocking out outside noise. The only issue is that the head band even though padded becomes uncomfortable and I have to adjust it every few minutes to keep it from digging into my head.

You won’t know until you buy a pair!

I had to buy a second pair because I lost my first pair and didn’t have my ref number to get a replacement but other than that these are the best headphones. The comfort of them followed by the quality of how good you can clearly hear everything song, every instrument that’s used and just things you wouldn’t usually hear. I compare the bass of them to the kind of bass you gat at music festivals. Highly Recommend.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Gen 2 headphones truly deliver. From the moment I unboxed them a few weeks ago, I knew they were something special. Setup was a breeze, taking only minutes to connect and get to my calls and music. An extra touch of class: they arrived 80% charged, so there was no waiting around before the first listen.
As a remote worker, I've cycled through countless headphones trying to find a pair that can handle hours of calls and block out household noise. These are the winners. They are comfortable enough for all-day use, the audio quality is fantastic, and, most importantly, the microphone delivers clear voice pickup, a rare feat among competitors.
The controls are largely user-friendly, with the multi-function button being the only area that required a little practice to master. For everyday listening, I'm constantly impressed by the versatility of the Immersion and Aware modes. I also customized an outdoor mode with the adjustable noise-canceling and wind block features, making it feel like I'm relaxing inside even when I'm out.
Battery life has been outstanding, easily outperforming my last pair by a noticeable margin. It’s clear Bose has taken a great product and made it exceptional. If you've been considering these, don't hesitate.

Quality product, great fit and finish!

Beautiful finish and very comfortable to wear. I've worn them for several hours at a time primarily streaming music and movies. The audio clarity is outstanding and when streaming music I've become a big fan of the immersive audio experience, (it's close to being there).
Quiet mode is awesome in eliminating distractions.
Controls are all conveniently located on the right hand side and the volume strip is easy to use, as simple as swiping up or down. Two neat features I'm particularly impressed with are 1. automatic audio pause when you lift the right ear cup and 2. the fact that they automatically go to sleep when removed from the head (no more dead battery). After using these headphones for about a month I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Quiet mode is awesome in eliminating distractions.
