I love my headphones they keep the outside sounds from getting in the way of my listening to my music or hearing my favorite shows or movies! I am so happy with them they definitely are worth the price!

Sound isolation could be better.

I've used these headphones for about a month now. Very comfortable and I love the sound. The noise cancelling feature works very well. The only complaint I have is that the fit is not tight enough for adequate sound isolation. Outside sounds come through that detract from the experience.

First pair of Bose headphones and I am blown away!! So crisp, clear and extremely comfortable. I own several other Bose speakers and I absolutely love them. Bose is the best in the market hands down!!

Bose outdid again with these par of cans!!

Again Bose outdid themselves, as usual. This second generation of the QuietConmfort Ultra Headphones are a step up from the previous generation in almost all aspects.
It has a sleek design, love the metal hinges and are an absolutely comfortable pair of cans. I've been wearing them for hours at a times and did not felt any fatigue and they are very lightweight compared to some other earphones I own.
Now, from the sound perspective, I couldn't be more pleased with how customizable these are, and from the app you can basically tweak every aspect of them to the very minimal details to tailor to your likeness. I recently wore them on a plane and literally had a crying baby in the back seat and the ANC was a bliss. I slept for most of the entire flight and this option, as usual, is a welcome addition to any long flight. I even switched them for another brand with my wife and these felt more comfortable to use and the ANC felt more to my likeness, not too heave but smooth enough to isolate plane and voice noise as well.

Ultra Great Headphones

I use these headphones primarily while working from home, listening to music, watching TV, and conference calls. Overall, they provide a great experience, and I would recommend them.
Pros
- Great sound quality,
- Phone and conference calls work great and have no problems with people not hearing me.
- I love the lift to wake/lay flat to disconnect feature - no more looking for the power switch.
- Switching between my phone and computer is very easy with the Bluetooth button.
- Immersive mode is great for watching TV/Movies and provides a more natural viewing experience.
- The Bose app provides lots of options for fine tuning and modes.
- Long lasting battery.
- The band size doesn't slip as often as the lower Quiet Comfort models tend to do.
- Great sound quality,

Cons
- The volume slide is hard to find at first and seems to only adjust the volume slightly, so it takes a few swipes to be precise. I do like the feature though.
- The buttons are a little small and could be a bit more tactile. It seems to take a bit longer for me to locate the controls than with previous models.
- I'm used to taking one ear off sometimes to listen for a doorbell or something and the auto-pause feature can engage. I've since experimented with Aware mode and seems to serve the purpose better.
