Long battery, clean shave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be candid, I haven’t used a battery razor in probably 20 years. When given the opportunity to check out the Philips Gentle Lady Shaver, I grimaced at the name but was curious to see how technology has advanced for all my gentle lady shaver needs! This little buzzy friend? It’s pretty danged good.
A full charge (USB-A cord included) lasted me a full week with regular use. It might be part of my Saturday morning “do all the things” routine to just throw it on the charger for the weekly juice-up. It handles well, feels comfortable but not slippery. It isn’t as close of a shave as I can get from a fresh head on a reusable razor, but I also don’t get the irritation I would from a super close shave. Plus, I love that it works in and out of water so I can toss it on the shower ledge and use it again tomorrow. This little periwinkle friend is definitely a winner for me!

Super clean easy shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy clean shave, used it for my daughter who is 9, painless and took off the hair easily and left silky legs! She plays soccer and doesn’t like the tape on her hair so this easily removed it. Extremely precise. Water resistant with removable accessories, battery is quick to charge and lasted a full shave. Super efficient and easy to use.

Smooth and gentle — worth it!

Works great wet or dry, no irritation, and the built-in light on the facial trimmer is really handy. Perfect for quick touch-ups and smooth skin.

High expectations that weren’t made up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I was so excited to try this electric shaver, it completely disappointed me. The shaver itself is loud, and I was expecting it to shave like a normal shaver does, but it didn’t. The electric shaver barely cut the hair on my legs, making almost no difference. It also came with a facial shaver, another tool I was excited to try, however, it failed to impress me as well. Even after going over the same spot multiple times, no hair on my face was removed. The only two things that impressed me were how fast the shaver charged, and how portable it is. Overall, I definitely don’t recommend this, even after reading the instructions multiple times, I failed to see results.

This shaver did not work for us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that this product was quite disappointing. It did not come with very directions, it was small print with the longest most incomplete set of directions you could get, and the packaging showed more pieces than what it came with. It was not easy to figure out how to use the included heads because the directions were awful, and the parts didn't make sense. As far as the shaving part, it did not tackle our darker course leg hair sadly. Not a fan of this shaver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was expecting a better shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try an electric razor for women simply because I get tired of buying razors all the time. Upon opening it, it looked sort of like a male razor. Its shape was nice, not too big and easy to hold and handle without being to bulky. There were attachments and a charger which were convenient. It advertises as a wet or dry razor so I thought I would try the dry first. I used it on my underarms and did not like the feel of it. It reminded me too much of a male razor. Additionally it took several passes to get the hair shaved the way I wanted it which felt terrible with the razor. I then tried it as I would a regular razor with water. It still didn't live up to my expectations. The only good part is that it works well with the attachment to shave excess hair for the pubic area but still doesn't shave well in close to skin situations. I'll continue to use it if I run out of regular razors but it won't be my go to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can’t buy replacement heads so when the razor is dull you have to buy a whole new kit. Battery life seems to be good get a few shaves out of it.
