Works Well on Thick Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Lady Shaver is pretty handy! It works very well for trimming my bikini area and keeping my bikini line shaved. However, it works less well on my legs. I think the main issue is the very fine hair on my legs rather than the shaver itself. In the few areas on my legs where I have darker and thicker hairs it shaves those well but misses all the fine light hairs that is the majority of my leg hair. I have tried both wet and dry. I absolutely love that you can use it in the shower with shaving cream for a comfortable shave! It has a few attachments that go over the head depending on if you are trimming or going for a close shave, and they also include an exfoliating glove. Overall it’s very convenient and as long as you have normal or thick density hair it should shave & trim well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Shave!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Shaver a few days ago and have used it 2 times, I LOVE IT!! It gives a much closer shave than other shavers I have used, it's wet and dry so you can use it in the shower as well.
It also came with a facial hair remover for those pesky little hairs, it work's excellent for my face too!!
It came fully charged, and has a cord to recharge when needed.
It also came with a brush to clean your shavers and a bag to keep everything together and organized.
This is a GREAT product!!

Amazing cordless shaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using an electric shaver and I am wondering why it took so long for me to use! I impressed that is a combination of wet and dry shaver. Been using this as a dry shaver on legs and it’s amazing. Clean have no cuts and so easy to clean. It’s rechargeable with usb charger. Came with some extras and another portable unit to use for shaving of facial area. This is quality lady shaver and I am glad I finally converted. No more razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Phillips lady shaver 8000 is great for in between shaving. I have never owned a dry razor and I have to say it wasn’t bad at all. I would say this wet/dry shaver is good for sensitive skin and doesn’t leave you with redness. Also the attachments it comes with are awesome!

Quick and safe shaving!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this shaver is the perfect product for beginner and young shavers. I love that even after weeks of use I have yet to cut or knick myself. I’ve used it both wet and dry and it absolutely performs better for me dry. Dry shaving then keeps me from spending money or using harmful ingredients in shaving cream. Exfoliating the day before shaving does provide a closer shave but is also not necessary in a pinch and it is so quick to grab and shave quickly. I also love that the blades on the shaver do not need replaced until dull or around twelve months time. Great product!

Never feels smooth

For a comfortable feeling and smooth movements, you may use the appliance on wet skin. During wet use, rinse the head regularly to remove hairs and ensure that it continues to glide smoothly over your skin.
Make sure your skin is completely wet with water. Hair longer than 5/32in. (4 mm) should be trimmed to 1/8in. (3mm) for best results.
It is important to check that the appliance head is not dirty, damaged, or worn out. A faulty appliance head will cause skin irritation or worse. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately. Clean your skin before you begin your session.
Make sure to exfoliate your skin one day before epilating to get rid of dead skin around your hair follicles, which will make hair removal easier. Try to avoid over-exfoliating any particular area. Refrain from going over the same spot too frequently. Instead of rubbing your skin dry after cleansing, gently pat it dry.
As aftercare, apply an (alcohol-free) Aloe Vera cream/lotion or a moisturizer for its cooling and soothing properties. Epilate in the evening to allow your skin to settle during the night and to have smooth legs the next day.

Smooth shave

Works well in the shower and really appreciated the exfoliating glove as that proves beneficial in accomplishing a smooth and rash free result. Charging was simple. The facial product left my skin baby soft but be careful as it will bite you if not properly managed.
