I install the door bell bracket and it did not fit(the face did not snap in the backet). Reached out to you guys and submitted some picture and still have not heard anything back.

I like the product BUT there needs to be a separate way to snooze all the other cameras' notifications but have the ability to turn back on notifications for the DoorBell. When I am at home I want notifications of all my inside cameras off with the simple notifications off icon at the top right of the app home screen. I don't want to have to go into each camera separately and turn off notifications, which doesn't work correctly anyway, just to leave the DoorBell notifications on. Someone needs to fix the app. No one wants to go into each camera individually to turn off the types of notifications just to leave the DoorBell on. I want the ease like I had of turning off notifications for all cameras on the home screen but be able to turn on the DoorBell notifications. Please update your app to make it user-friendly and not a pain like it is now.

Got it set up and working by the ne t morning it was offline and wouldn’t pair. I did factory reset and now it won’t give me the lights to pair it just flashes pink which I learned means the battery may need to be replaced.

I purchased the MyQ doorbell. It arrived in a few days and was very simple to install. I used it to replace my existing door bell button. I spent more time trying to figure out which breaker in my panel was for the doorbell. Hooked up 2 wires and mounted in place of the existing button. Batta Bing. All done.
