Missing motions

The night vision is not great, and the audio/talk feature does not work properly. We’ve also had issues with motion detection and recording. In one instance, a salesperson came to our door, and our Ring camera at the same exact door detected the person, recorded the interaction, and captured the audio. The myQ doorbell, which was set up at the same location, did not even detect the motion or record the person at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a pain in the neck!

This thing won't charge off of the house power supply. I've got to take it off the wall and recharge it then I have a heck of a Time cooking it back up to the network. The app doesn't recognize this device for some reason. The app does not have an add device button. Just a waste of time. I'm going to buy something else.
