This battery camera is full featured and is resolution is excellent. Battery life is very good. The camera mounting base is super easy to install and the magnetic mounting of the camera to the base makes it so easy. The App is also full featured and very intuitive to use. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Security camera was super easy to set up. We put it up outside our apartment and using the app super easy and convenient. I like how you can set up faces for the camera to recognize and how we get alerts anytime there is motion detected outside of our home. I also like that we can talk back to people even when we’re not home through the microphone feature. This helps us feel more secure in our home.

Second, a strong internet connection is crucial. If the app detects a weak signal, it might be worth investing in a Wi-Fi extender to enhance connectivity.
Additionally, if you plan to install the camera in an area without a nearby outlet, consider purchasing a solar panel. This can ensure the camera remains fully charged, eliminating any worries about battery life.

Stellar video quality on this outdoor camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This outdoor camera is battery powered and connected to the MyQ app. The packaging was wonderful but the setup was a bit confusing. I realized it was not syncing properly with my phone’s app because I wasn’t fully pressing in the button. You cannot easily press it with your bare finger due to the shape so I used a chopstick to press and hold it down and then it worked. Once it syncs with my app, the camera worked flawlessly. The build quality is stellar as is the quality of the footage it records. Beyond that, MyQ does require a subscription for many of the features in the app to work such as object recognition and detection and storing media beyond 7 days. I have it recording my bird feeder because no one else visits me. Overall, I am satisfied with the camera!!
