Indoor ice dispenser does not work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice jams up in the shoot, then dumps out all over our new flooring when it does come out. Please reach out to me so you can fix or replace this fridge.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the concerns that you are experiencing with your Refrigerator. Humidity causes ice to naturally clump together. Ice particles can build up until the ice dispenser chute becomes blocked. Clean the ice delivery chute and the bottom of the ice storage bin using a warm, damp cloth, and then dry thoroughly.

Easy to set up. Love the water dispenser and the ive maker its a mist have in are house. Easy to adjust the temperature. I love this fridge.
