Beautiful addition to our kitchen…

We bought the counter depth as we would only lose about 3.5 cubic foot. We like that we can see everything in the refrigerator. Love the pull out deli tray drawer and the ice maker works well. Very pleased with this purchase as it matches our dishwasher that also needed to be replaced after only four years.

Nice Refrigerator Without The Frills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a counter-depth French door refrigerator with a plain front, internal water dispenser and ice maker in the freezer. That is exactly what we got with this model. We love the features it has and the unnecessary frills it doesn't. The water dispenser works easily with one hand and the ice bend capacity is quite large. Our new KitchenAid refrigerator is perfect for our needs.

I never could find anything that compared to its functionality or aesthetics. Love the gray interior. The lighting -- yes, that's what I said -- is so soft and pleasing, unlike any refrigerator I've had. Loads of space and wonderful compartments.

Poor quality & water leaks from day 1.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware. Cheap interior materials. Door handles misaligned. Drawers don’t close properly and worst of all interior water dispenser drips constantly… water pooling inside. Problem started day one. Warranty service unreliable- rescheduled multiple times after no show. Don’t bother spending more for this product. (Owned many KitchenAid products - this is the worst) Lastly- what genius puts the control panel exactly where your hand will swipe every time you open and close the door. Constantly changing the settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never buy a fridge with 'ice in the door'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my Samsung fridge with ice and water hauled off (4 years old) because the ice maker quit (a known fault). I bought this counter deep model with ice in the bottom freezer and filtered water in the upper cabinet. Great amount of refrigerator storage.
