[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my refrigerator is very loud and I live in a small place. I'm not sure what to do about the problem, but I'm quite annoyed with the motor noise. I think something is wrong.

Lots of great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I was not able to link it to my wifi network so cannot operate remotely. Some features can only be done through the app but if I can't get it to connect to my wifi I the app is useless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

An attractive upgrade for our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our new KitchenAid refrigerator for less than a week, but so far this is a great ownership experience. It is so much of an appearance upgrade from the old black, basic model Maytag that it replaced. It was functioning well but was really outdated.
We went with the internal ice maker as we wanted the sleeker exterior look and we are happy with this decision. I like the cubes that it makes and there is good storage space in the freezer section. We were attracted to the lift out tray in the refrigerator section, but we have not tried to use this so far.
Here's a summary of what I like:
* internal perimeter lighting
* spacious look
* versatile storage options for food items (bins vs. shelves, etc.)
* easy to access controls on the edge of the left door
* option for the vegetable preserver (we have not discussed purchasing this yet)
* handles are attractive, and we like the fact that they are used on the other KitchenAid appliances we purchased
* fit and finish seem to be of high quality
* the brushed stainless finish should be attractive for many years to come
* preset temps seem to be spot on
* we really like the Black Friday pricing!

French door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a beautiful exterior and interior- although the interior is not designed for maximum use. The temperature controlled drawer does not stay on rollers I ended up removing it - constantly locking up. The odd pull out tray in center also uses up valuable shelf space and not really functional. the freezer drawer makes terrible noise every opening and very small size. the “pizza” slot is waste of space precious freezer space that can’t be used

Love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received our new refrigerator almost two weeks ago now and love it! Very roomy and cools as expected. My only concern is the ice maker. It makes so much ice thatvwhen you open the drawer sometimes ice fall over the back edge into the bottom of the freezer area. Difficult to get to for removing the stray cubes. We will just keep trying to keep the ice moved to the front of the tray. For now, I’m just turning it off when it’s full.
