[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge. It has many shelves and side pockets. The 2 drawers are a really nice size - celery actually fits in lenghwise. I also use one of the drawers to store my eggs and butter. The pocket by the ice maker is great - whatever you put in it stays really cold and fresh. The ice make is smaller than I would like but since the freezer is a good size, I bought a storage container and just dump ice in there while another batch is making.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Whirlpool's New Refrigerator Features Are Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) The stainless cabinet is easy to clean and hides the condenser coil so it saves space, saves energy by no longer needing a fan, and most of all doesn't need the coils cleaned semiannually!
2) The in-the-door ice maker mimics a side by side for up top convenience, and its exhaust is perfect for keeping a couple of mugs ice cold without opening the freezer.
3) The cold water dispenser is located in the door along side the ice maker, and the water is instantly ice cold.
4) The boxed item pocket in the freezer door is ideal for convenient access of slim boxed food items and to prevent crushing under heavy frozen items.
5) The only feature I couldn't find from any manufacturer is an UV light source in the meat and dairy drawers that would extend their usable life by preventing mold and other microbes from growing.

Thermostat issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the drawers and bins for organizing and accessibility. The doors are quiet when closing. I like the counter depth and still have plenty of room. Day 5 the water froze, I turned up the temp and by morning we had water on the floor! Right now I have the freezer at +5 and the fridge at 39 trying to keep the temps inside at reasonable temps and not freezing my produce. I'm not happy about the thermostat regulation at all. I don't feel confident my foods are safe especially when gone for the day and can't keep close eye on it. The water and ice are a bit noisy. I have repair coming Monday. Hopefully something can be done. I love the color, stainless black.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our prior refrigerator was deeper but this one seems to hold more? And everything is more visible and easy to get to. The pull out drawer for tall bottles and milk is great! And the 2 separate push tabs for water and ice is such a great idea! You don’t need your glasses to know which is water and which is ice!

Great Unit with Fun Features, Small Design Drawbac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Technically would give this 4.5/5 stars. Functionality is great! No issues with cooling at all. The ice dispenser is a bit awkward too access, but not a huge deal. I appreciate the multiple drawers and door shelves. I didn't think I would use the pull out jug drawer, but we use it all the time. I wish it had space for 2 milk jugs, but we make due. My biggest complaint is that to get into the left side drawers you have to open both doors. I wish they had designed so you only have to open the door on the side you need access to. Not a deal breaker, but something I wasn't aware of before buying. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend, as long as you're aware of the minor inconveniences.
