I bought this and it said that it will last for 2 year and it didn't even last 6 months the zip has a problem

I bought this backpack in the silver gray for camping many years ago. This bag has been my daily work bag, plus many trips to the mountains and is still in the same condition I bought it. However, last year I bought the same bag in the gold splatter maroon for a fun new look. Unfortunately in the 1st 2 weeks I had it, both water bottle holders ripped out as well as both accessory pockets. I want to order a new bag but fear the quality has diminished since I bought the gray bag.

This backpack is light weight. Well crafted, beautiful color and plenty of storage. My laptop fits perfectly. Brought it for personal bag for airline. Plenty of space to put my purse, jacket, possibly a change of clothes. I.e. rolled up legging, too, etc.

I was looking for a moderate-sized backpack (not giant, but not tiny) with many pockets and a designated laptop pocket, and I found everything I wanted with this one! I love the purple sharks pattern. I had an issue with my order and was sent the wrong item (plain black instead of purple sharks), but I corrected it myself and am very happy with it!
