This product is horrible. After it “mops” my floor is dirtier. Most of the time it can’t go back to the dock and/or it can find the dock. I’ve cleaned EVERYTHING and it’s constant problems. Why am I having to put it on the dock after it “mops”? I’ve had 3 of these machines (different models), with each new purchase. I hope that I will finally get one that actually works properly. I’m done with these. Spent a lot of money, just to throw in the garbage. Shark — this is the LAST time you screw me. We are DONE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A dud model

This is the second 2-in-1 that I've gotten and neither has worked well and/or for long. The first one wasn't able to attach mop pad right from the start so no mopping capability. The second one - could I have been that foolish to buy another - worked for two months and now will no longer attach mop pad. Dang it, Shark! What gives!!!

Loved the features just doesn't work as expected

I got this a couple days ago.. the App is terrible. We mapped this twice, deleted and reset the vaccum, the app is constantly behind. In addition when I select a certain area the vaccum goes somewhere else instead.

I have had it for almost a month. It makes life alot easier. It does a great job on the flooring both scrubbing and vacuuming. I love that you fill the water amd cleaning solution and it does everything after setup.

Meh - could be way better

Very clumsy machine. Bumps into everything, gets stuck easily in various things like pet food bowls, kitchen mats, etc. has trouble finding the dock when it has plenty of space around the area. Battery dies before it sends itself back to the dock. Not worth the expensive price when there are cheaper options with the same if not better features.
