Power detect never touch pro

I am getting the feel for it, in a month I will have a better review. It’s a lot to figure out and be aware of. I don’t like the fact it takes 3 hours to recharge then it starts again by itself. I usually don’t want any more cleaning at that point of the day. The mopping is not great The suction seems good. I do believe it requires a lot more maintenance than the directions claim. It does cover the entire area but sometimes it goes back 3 times before the entire area is cleaned
I would recommend this to a friend!

Compré el robot hace un mes y la máquina estaba defectuoso. El servicio del equipo de Shark ninja fue increíble y me mandaron una máquina nueva de inmediato que desde que llegó a mi casa no ha dejado de trabajar en excelentes condiciones. Feliz por tenerla y mantener los espacios generales de la casa limpios. Sería increíble tener algo que llegue debajo de los sofás y en las esquinas, pero funciona bastante bien la que tenemos.

Dirty Floor!

This is already the replacement Shark sent me, and I’m still having problems. It leaves black marks all over my floors after mopping, the vacuum doesn’t clean properly, and the small brushes don’t even spin. I’ve cleaned everything, followed the troubleshooting instructions, and even bought new mop pads, but nothing has worked.
I’ve been a loyal Ninja/Shark customer for years, but I’m honestly very disappointed and frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The packaging and machine labeling are commendable. However, the quality and design still require improvement. It is still necessary to manually touch the machine, clean underneath and around it, and remove parts because dirt and debris can accumulate in the sensitive areas, sensors, and other components. In my opinion and experience, this significantly reduces the machine’s autonomy level and necessitates further enhancement. Consequently, it deviates from the concept of a “Never Touch” Pro Robot Vacuum. Additionally, the sensitive areas or sensors are prone to dirt accumulation, which can cause the machine to exhibit erratic behavior and occasionally lose connectivity. Another area that is still under development is the application. It lacks user-friendliness and ease of use. Despite its relatively high price, the machine does not offer the features of more expensive models. This makes it feel like a beta version or an early edition. Furthermore, the fact that consumers are required to purchase maintenance parts and are not included in the included service for the price is not ideal. Fortunately, the parts are easily accessible, replaceable, and can be reinstalled after cleaning. The suction is exceptional, which compensates for the occasional glitches and hiccups in the application and the machine. The coverage is satisfactory, and the mopping functionality is also commendable.

The best investment I’ve made for keeping my floors clean everyday- especially as a busy work-from-home mom with two kids and a dog

I’ve been using the Shark Power Detect 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop with the NeverTouch Pro Base for a little over two months now, and it’s easily a 5/5 for me.
I am a full-time work from home mom with two active boys and a dog, so our floors are constantly covered with crumbs, dirt, dog hair, and muddy footprints. Vacuuming and mopping every day is just part of life in our house, and this robot has taken that completely off my plate.
What I love most is that I don’t have to think about it. I can schedule it to run on certain days and times, or start it anytime from the app when I noticed the floors need attention. I use the vacuum feature at least once every day and run the mop frequently as well.
One feature I don’t think enough people know about is that if you press and hold the vacuum and mop button together at the same time for about 5 to 7 seconds, it will vacuum and mop at the same time. That’s my favorite setting because it gets both jobs done in one pass.
The NeverTouch Pro Base has also been worth it. It handles so much of the maintenance automatically that I rarely have to mess with it, which makes it even more convenient.
Now, if you’re expecting a robot vacuum to replace a deep clean, that’s probably not realistic. I still pull out my full-size vacuum occasionally for things like baseboards, corners or when I need a thorough clean. But for keeping my floors consistently clean every single day, this thing has been amazing.

I did a lot of research before buying because it’s definitely an investment, and there are less expensive options out there. I’ve owned several sharp products over the years and have always had great experiences with them, so I decided to stick with the brand-and I’m glad I did. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say after using it for over two months.

If your goal is to spend less time cleaning while keeping your floors, looking clean every day, I highly recommend it!

Only good for spot cleaning, does not do a good job. Only used the mopping feature 2-3 times and pad started smelling musty. States mop pads only need to be changed every 2 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
