The room selection feature and strong pet-hair pickup are my favorite things. It does an amazing job cleaning under my bed, where it’s hard to reach with a regular vacuum. A big plus for pet owners!

I am really happy with this purchase. Being able to choose specific rooms to clean, combine with the self emptying feature, makes everyday cleaning so much easier. The setup was very easy and straightforward. Connecting the robot and getting everything ready was simple and I was able start using it without any issue. My bunny loves to sleep under the bed during the day and when she sheds there can be the surprising amount of fur underneath. This robot does such a good job picking up the fur and dust from under the bed. The robot and the base feel very sturdy and well made. If you have pets I definitely think this is a huge plus.

Always buy a Shark!

I originally had the matrix 2 in 1 but after it unfortunately stopped working, Shark was kind enough to send me this model free of charge. I have been extremely impressed with its performance and will continue to recommend Shark products whenever possible.

Fantástica idea, no buenos resultados

Compré el robot hace aproximadamente en dic de este año va a tener dos años, al principio era una maravilla; ahora se pierde, no moja el pad y dice que acabo de limpiar es decir pasa el pad seco por toda la casa sin una gota de agua y con su tanque lleno; deja áreas sin barrer o limpiar; puede pasar por al lado de una partícula grande de polvo o comida y no la ve, la deja ahí de adorno; su succión ya no es ni un 25% de cuando la use la primera vez. La carga le sigue durando muchísimo; pero ya ni barre bien y menos limpia o mapea. Dice que tiene error y me dice números que no aparecen en ningun lugar. Paque el seguro en mi opinión no ayuda mucho porque te dicen cosas obvias que encuentras tu mismo en el manua. Soy súper cuidadosa el equipo no tiene ni si quiera un golpe o aruñaso que no sea el el mismo robot se hace contra las paredes o muebles al trabajar. En fin es una idea fantástica pero no con muy buenos resultados. Ni hablar del tema de las esquinas eso es por gusto.

The problem I'm having is the navigation on the app. When I ask it to mop the kitchen it does the living room. I have to push the robot to the kitchen in order for it to mop the right area.

They last a year, then everything falls apart, Shark won’t stand behind it because the warranty is up, for the price it should have a better warranty or last much longer. Miguel will not respond to my email reply, sadly unprofessional!

Do not recommend

Works well, WHEN it works. Gets stuck almost every time and states to removed obstructions when there is nothing near it. Not pleased overall. Would also like cleaning/maintenance instructions inside the app. The app does not have any information for troubleshooting, just directs you to the website where you need to search for your device (when all that information is already in the app). This is my third vacuum of this exact model and they have all been bad.

Stopes working in less than a year

I registered mine as soon as I bought it last year so at that point I got rid of the receipt since it was already registered, now I’m having issues with it not working properly and they demanded a receipt.
