Unfortunately it just doesn't work. It gets lost, despite having mapped out the home, it somehow can find its way back to the dock and even gets distracted (it'll say its going back to the doc but decides to keep going in circles in a room. It slams into EVERYTHING. And the app just doesn't work. I'm supposed to be able to schedule rooms and times... decides to do its own thing. The buttons are grayed out and won't allow me to control the robot. It goes to the dock and says it'll resume where it left off as soon as its charged... reached 100% and still wouldn't allow me to activate it. Finally, it goes so... miserably slow... drains the battery fast and takes a lifetime to charge up. Should've bought a different robot....

Must buy!

I bought this product 1 year ago and I am so glad I did. It’s is wonderful. Easy setup. Easy to use. Robot does great with vacuuming and I use it every other day. The mopping function is good but I prefer to self mop. This product definitely decreases my daily chores. I am pleased.
I have not been disappointed yet with any of the Shark products. I mostly purchase when items go on sale!

The best money I’ve ever spent

I live and die by this robot vacuum! I’ve had a Shark robot for years and when I moved I didn’t hesitate to get a new one to meet my needs. This thing works beautifully! I also love the app integration so I get reminders for both of my robots when they need attention. I’ll never live without one of these!

I got this about two weeks ago. It was the best purchase I’ve ever made. It is great for animals. Thus dirt is so easy to set up. My force have never looked so clean. I’m just so excited.

Please do not waste your money!

I bought this robot because someone recommended the shark vacuum. However, I have already gotten 3 replacements, since all of them came with problems. They would work great for a few days, and then something would break. I spent almost 1k, for a product that does not function properly. It’s extremely upsetting, because even after giving them 3 other tries, all of them malfunction. Buy another brand or product! This one unfortunately will breakdown.

Subpar Disappointment

Bought this item as a gift for my wife. The came on time and as described. We have now used it for 7 months and had no issues for the first few weeks of use. Now the unit will not go i to the base when and if it returns. It often gets stuck and we have to hunt to find it. We have 2 long hair dogs and the vacuum is subpar at picking up the hair. When it actually does run we have to go behind it and pick up clumps of hair it hasn’t vacuumed. This isn’t our first robot vacuum but it is our first and last Shark. We don’t expect perfection by any stretch but our previous robot vacuum by a competitor was FAR SUPERIOR to this disappointment!

Not worth the money

I was given this as a gift from my son. It's not a good product or reliable.The original one malfunctioned and shark was kind enough to send a second one . I mapped my home but it doesn't follow the map and I have to clear and rescan constantly which is time consuming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it BUT........

I bought this and started using it on Sunday, so today is day 4 and have been using it every day. Have it set to vacuum and mop for one whole week to get my floors deep cleaned. Love the features and the quality of the clean but, the stain sense is a joke. I am using this vacuum and mop to maintain my downstairs which is all dark brown engineered hardwood. I didn't bother cleaning my floor before I started using this, to see what the PowerDetect was capable of. The basestation is located in my living room and I have 3 dogs, one of which is a 4 month old puppy. Coincidentally, my floor color is pretty close to the color of dog poop making it difficult to see when cleaning up from an accident. In my living room, near the basestation there was a dried poop smear that I missed and purposely left to see if the PowerDetect would find it and clean it and that mess is almost completely gone, mostly because the mop pad is the wettest there. It however did not perform any additional cleaning on it so I question if it was able to sense it. The second issue is located in my kitchen where the dogs eat, because they bite the food out of their bowl, drop it on the floor and eat it from their so this dirty spot is a combination of dog saliva and dirt. Again, hard to see because its the same color as the wood grain in the flooring. The third issue, I came home from a long day trip and didn't notice what had happened for a while because all I could smell was poop and I didn't notice anything different in the house. I eventually realized that while I was away, one of my dogs pooped and then my older shark vacuum vacuumed it and proceeded to mop the entire downstairs with it. Anyway, I missed a spot in my front office when I cleaned from this incident and wanted to see what the PowerDetect would do. The PowerDetect doesnt seem to detect any of these dirty areas and just runs over them once. Is it because the "stain" is nearly the same color as the floor? The vacuum wars on YouTube use a white surface so the viewer can see it work but none of the tests are performed on darker surfaces or surfaces that nearly match the color of what is being cleaned. In my situation it seems stain detect doesnt and will not work. I will need to continue to clean with a separate mop the areas the PowerDetect wont clean.
