I bought this a couple months ago. It totally sucks!! It definitely doesn’t vacuum or mop like it’s advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible!

So frustrated!! I ordered a unit in December. It worked great originally and then just stopped. You sent me a replacement. The replacement worked amazingly well until the end of last week. Now the pad keeps getting stuck in the base. No matter what I have tried I can't get it to keep the pad on. I spent so much money on this unit and am so disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this vacuum/mop about 2 month ago because i heard good things about the shark robot vacuums but im not impressed. My regular shark vacuum works way better. For the price I honestly expected way better

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! IT LEAVES ALL THE DEBRIS ALL OVER! We have had 3 of them (2 warranties) and each one does this!!! it also just moves wet dirt all over the floor instead of mopping leading to dirtier floors than when you started!

Worst purchase for the price.

I bought this to help me keep up with the dog hair in my house. It misses many spots. I am constantly cleaning the filters after every use. I thought this would be a better purchase than a roomba. My old roomba could get into places that this one can’t. I am very disappointed. I should have returned after 30 days. Only good thing about it is that it is quieter than the roomba.

I have not figured out all the options it vacuums very well the mopping part is good but I have to tell it to mop the part on top dose not allow it to go under the chest of drawers like the old robot did
