Life saver for an OCD girl!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE! It has made my life so easy. My home is swept and mopped when I get home from work. It is a bit loud but definitely quieter than a typical vacuum, and since I can run it when I’m away from home, the noise isn’t an issue. The self-cleaning feature is awesome, if the tank fills up, the robot returns to base and empties itself and then returns to where it left off in the cleaning process. Literally hands free. Also, being able to put in a disinfectant solution in the water tank is AWESOME if you have pets or even young children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing. Yes the price is hefty but it does 10 times a better cleaning job thanh regular shark used to do. Plus the fact it is like a swifter a the same time so it is very convenient.

What an amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so much better than my old iRobot vacuum — let me count the ways:
- it is so much better at navigating through obstacles like cords than my old vacuum. On top of that, you can modify the vacuum’s map to avoid certain areas, which really helps my anxiety about bumping into my media cabinet.
- to be more specific, I basically never need to do anything during a run, whereas my old iRobot unit had problems roughly every 2 runs that required me to intervene in some way
- the mapping is way better than my old iRobot too — it basically perfectly mapped my apartment on the first go.
- the app is rock solid and intuitive
- both mopping and vacuum performance are solid. I will say that it cleans less per pass than the iRobot did but again it’s so much easier to use that running it every day is easier than running the iRobot once a week.
- the noises it makes are cute! Not very important but I still like it

Time to relax amd let shark fo the work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer, no more pushing vacuums around the house, now i can sit back while my house is being cleaned. Im when able to schedule when and what room i want cleaned or if theres a part of the house that is messier then other parts i can tell the vacuum to go clean that room. It maps out your house. In a few hours not like 10 hours like the others. And lers not forget the mopping.

As a healthcare worker with a busy and at times chaotic schedule, coming home to a house that has been vacuumed and mopped is a dream! This wonderful gadget is super low maintenance (which is great, because I am forgetful), and basically takes care of itself, only needing me every once a month or so. It’s a bit pricey but is worth every penny for those with a busy lifestyle!

It vacuums and mops effortlessly, leaving my floors spotless. The Never Touch Pro Base empties the dustbin and cleans the mop automatically, so I never have to handle dirt. Not Worth The Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to absolutely love this vacuum, but I think it is an average vacuum. It does a really good job cleaning and vacuuming but the battery life and app are terrible. The app is very basic and doesn’t even allow you to schedule run times. It only gives you a preset time to choose the vacuum to run. I had my vacuum set to run and mop last night and it died halfway through even after being charged all day. It died in the middle of the floor instead of going back to its base to charge and continue the job. This is super disappointing. For the price of this vacuum I was expecting a lot more features on the app and a much better battery life.
