As a household with eight pets (cats and a dog), keeping the floors clean has always felt like an uphill battle. Pet hair used to cover every surface, but since getting the Shark PowerDetect 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop with NeverTouch Pro Base, it feels like a whole new world. This vacuum has truly exceeded my expectations!
The PowerDetect feature is a lifesaver in a home with this many animals. It automatically adjusts its suction power based on the level of dirt and pet hair it detects, and believe me, it finds everything. I no longer have to worry about pet hair in corners or under furniture because this vacuum takes care of it all with ease.
But what really sets this machine apart is the mopping feature. I recently installed new vinyl flooring, and it always looked dusty or dull—until now. The mop leaves the floors looking spotless, shiny, and completely streak-free, which is no easy feat with all the paws running around. The NeverTouch Pro Base is another incredible feature, as I don’t need to constantly empty the bin or worry about it during the week. It’s essentially a set-it-and-forget-it system, which is exactly what a busy pet owner needs.
For anyone struggling to keep up with pet hair, dirt, and messy floors, this vacuum is a complete game-changer. It’s handled the chaos of my eight-pet household better than I ever expected, and I highly recommend it!

I have been using this vacuum cleaner for about two weeks. The machine itself is excellent; its suction function cleans better than I can do manually because it vacuums both vertically and horizontally in a repetitive manner. The mopping effect is also very good. However, I need to refill the water in ten days, which depends on the size of each person's home and how many carpets or area rugs you have.
The only imperfect aspect is the app. I wasn't very familiar with the app in the first few days and thought the app was unresponsive. I had to delete all the settings and re-setting it up three times, almost considering returning the product. Later, figuring out that I just needed to press the Home button in the upper left corner to resolve the issue. And one time it running by itself at night to vacuum. But software issues should be easy to fix. Therefore, I still recommend this product and give it five stars.

I bought the Mop and Vacuum with the auto fill base for my wife for Christmas. I was really shocked how it knows the bare floor from the carpet. We are pleased with its capabilities this far. Looking forward to a long future together.

Almost perfect!

It's been three weeks since I've set up my robot and I am quite pleased. The two reasons I am giving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because the clean water tank does not last 30 days. I have a small home and have it set to vacuum and mop 2 of my 5 rooms (315 ft²) daily as they are high traffic areas with 3 pets, and all 5 rooms (563 ft²) once a week, and I have to refill the clean water tank weekly. The next issue is related to, hopefully, the app. I've not dug deeper yet to find out if it's a problem outside of the app. I have schedules set to vacuum all 5 rooms but for some reason, it only vaccuums 2 and I have to manually send it to clean the remaining 3. I've deleted the schedules and recreated them as well as un-installed and reinstalled the app but it has not fixed it. I have the same problem with the robot notification volume. I have set it repeatedly to be loud and it always mutes it. Other than those three very annoying issues, this robot does its job well and saves me quite a bit of time.

Mop function doesn’t work at all brand new OFB

So, setting it up was easy and the vacuuming works great. The mopping isn’t working at all. The Robot is not taking water from the tank, but it think it does, then it undocks and starts spinning in circles on the floor with no Errors. Finding a solution on line or on the manual is near impossible. I’m going to call the phone number they have to see if it can be resolved. I checked several times and couldn’t find anything that may prevent the robot from taking on water. I quadrupled checks the install guide to see if I missed something, nope did everything by step. Also, I only find one section to place the sweeper, which is really odd because all of the videos I see have two

Loved the features just doesn't work as expected

I got this a couple days ago.. the App is terrible. We mapped this twice, deleted and reset the vaccum, the app is constantly behind. In addition when I select a certain area the vaccum goes somewhere else instead.
