Time saver!!

I used to have a robot that swept only from a different brand and it would leave dirt behind that I would have to sweep then bust out the mop. With the schedule I have and the robot being able to do both it does an amazing job at both sweeping and mopping. Love the product

map and it locates any rugs to ensure that it isn’t mopping them. It is quiet and programmable. You can choose when to schedule throughout the week. My floors are clean on a regular basis.

Great Innovation yet pricey

I live the convenience of the self-charging, self-filling and self-emptying features to make the full vacuuming experience seamless and easy to manage. It does everything for me! When the device mops, it doesn't actually touch the carpet since it's raised, protecting my expensive carpets. I also love the room customization/ memorization and spot cleaning calabilities. However, I don't like how I can only have one floor in the map, so it would be great for a software update allowing multiple map capabilities but overall I love this device!!

Obsessed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a LONG time Shark fan, so getting a chance to test out a Shark robot vacuum was actually a bit of a dream come true. We just bought a new house and had the floors redone and kitty litter was getting EVERYWHERE, as it does. This little vacuum sucks it all up, and mops! (I was skeptical until I saw the dirty mop water, see pic). I loved it so much I bought a second Shark robot vacuum (same power detector brand) for upstairs hahaha. The app is easy to use, customizable as to whole floor or room. You can draw off sections for rooms or ‘no go’ areas. As we moved in, it even learned to clean areas previously it didn’t have access to. The never stuck works amazing. I don’t think it’s terribly loud, even my cats aren’t afraid of it.. though confused at first maybe. My only feedback is I wish I could customize more options on the schedule vs just 1 time for the whole floor as there are some rooms that need more frequent vacuuming. Also, there are some scuff marks along the sides now from the few times it’s turned a bit too close to a baseboard (though this is rare).

It’s nice but not great.

I switched to shark from another brand and there are two things I miss about my old robot vacuum 1) the battery life was much better. I cannot get a full 60 minutes of vacuum of hardwood from the shark without it needing to recharge. My old vacuum could do my entire 1700 sq ft of hardwood with 75% battery remaining. 2) I have notifications on and I do not get any notifications or the report of completion until the next day when I go into the app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not impressed with vacuume

I bought this a month ago..I’m still trying to figure out the map and how to label it. The suction on the vacuume is not good at all. There are times that areas are not touched and bypasses rooms..I had it scheduled for 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s. This morning it never started up on its schedule. I have checked the auto empty and hardly any dirt has been picked up from the vacuume.. it kicks it around instead of picking it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
