They aren't what they used to be.

This is not my first Shark robot vacuum, but it might be my last. I have to sweep the floor after it's "done." It misses a lot and does NOT handle thresholds well at all. There is always a pile of something it has left when kt goes over thresholds. The older models can run circles around this one. The positives - I like the tank options. I wanted a vacuum I didn't have to put my hands on every single time I used it. I did an exchange, hoping the one I bought was defective; no, this is a poor vacuum/mop.

Great product but extremely hard to use. It doesn't come with a manual, it says to download an app on the cell phone but after 8 days, still no luck with that either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Shark 2 in 1 works great compared to our Dyson!

Works great! We started with a Dyson, and ended up purchasing the 2 in 1. The Dyson would constantly get stuck. The Shark runs perfect and never gets stuck and always returns back to the base to clean itself and recharge! We love it!

I bought vacuum before Christmas. Now that I have had a few months of using it this is what I have noticed with it. It does a very good job on hardwood floors and it has cut my cleaning down as far as with cat hair and the overall cleanliness. That is a great thing. Now for the but. But it only does a surface clean on rugs and carpet. I can pick up a rug and dirt will fall out of it. I keeps the carpeted room in it memory but it does not keep the rugs in its memory. There is no area in the app to add the rugs back in and yes I have remapped the house to add them back in and after a day or so it looses them again. It also began to jump, a lot for no reason. There is nothing in its path for it to lift up for. Yes, I have thoroughly clean the machine. Lastly, it has begun spending all of its time in one room and the cleaning report says it did them all. Yes, I have remapped the house and after some time it will go back to doing this same thing. I am sure the company has heard this before, the amount of money that I paid I expect better.

This was a Christmas present from my son. He said he did not like to see me struggling to mop the floor. I am a senior citizen. I love the shark vacmop. I set it to run during the night and when I get up I have a clean floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features lacking poop detect!

Had a little over 2 months now, works great, really no maintenance except empty the gray water tank and refill clean water once so far. Would give it a 5 star if it would detect dog poop and avoid it!!!! My elder pup is pretty good about going outside, but has an occasional poop accident in the house, vacuum just plows into and smeares all over the floor, have to clean that and the wheels, roller and bottom of robot yuck.
I would recommend this to a friend!
