It’s nice but not great.

I switched to shark from another brand and there are two things I miss about my old robot vacuum 1) the battery life was much better. I cannot get a full 60 minutes of vacuum of hardwood from the shark without it needing to recharge. My old vacuum could do my entire 1700 sq ft of hardwood with 75% battery remaining. 2) I have notifications on and I do not get any notifications or the report of completion until the next day when I go into the app.

Not impressed with vacuume

I bought this a month ago..I’m still trying to figure out the map and how to label it. The suction on the vacuume is not good at all. There are times that areas are not touched and bypasses rooms..I had it scheduled for 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s. This morning it never started up on its schedule. I have checked the auto empty and hardly any dirt has been picked up from the vacuume.. it kicks it around instead of picking it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Impressive!!!

I have had the Robot for a week now. I have really put it to the test to make sure it will do exactly what I wanted it to. Well… it passed all of my tests!!! I have had name brand robots like this for the last 20 years. This one is by far my favorite one!!!!! The other ones sucked up cords and banged pretty hard it some things. This one doesn’t do all of that. Which is so very nice. I have 4 cats and 1 dog and let me tell you they can get messy. This robot keeps my house amazingly cleaner now. Before I was sweeping every day. I have this robot set on schedule to vacuum and mop. Now I can go do way more exciting things. We have hardwood floors and it does an amazing job keeping the house nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I have been using this vacuum cleaner for about two weeks. The machine itself is excellent; its suction function cleans better than I can do manually because it vacuums both vertically and horizontally in a repetitive manner. The mopping effect is also very good. However, I need to refill the water in ten days, which depends on the size of each person's home and how many carpets or area rugs you have.
The only imperfect aspect is the app. I wasn't very familiar with the app in the first few days and thought the app was unresponsive. I had to delete all the settings and re-setting it up three times, almost considering returning the product. Later, figuring out that I just needed to press the Home button in the upper left corner to resolve the issue. And one time it running by itself at night to vacuum. But software issues should be easy to fix. Therefore, I still recommend this product and give it five stars.

Color me impressed this little guy works BEAUTIFULLY! We live on a homestead where I just about always tell people coming to visit “DO NOT TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES!” When they come inside. That’s about to change! And this lil critter is super entertaining to watch work! Move aside, daytime dramas! You’ve been replaced!

I’ve had this for about a month and absolutely love it. Maintaining the home has never been easier and with the spot clean function, it saves me the hassle of getting everything out for a quick clean and does it with ease.

Wonderful cleaning product. Get this a get rid of your traditional mop, broom and vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this Shark robot. As a mom I have so much housework to do in addition to helping with homework, full time job, etc. having this 2 in 1 vacuum and mop makes this 2 things that I no longer have to worry about. App setup is so simple and easy, battery life is wonderful and also seems to charge pretty quick. Noise level is pretty low so I can often run it while we’re sleeping, I wake up to a nice clean floor and the robot vacuum back to its dock. I’m in love
