Happy Customer, Had it a month. The Shark 2-1 POWER DETECT Never Touch is the Very Best, works like a champ!!! I luv it! It does an excellent job, very quiet, amazes me how it lifts itself when it does vacuuming only. Leaves the floors very clean! Excellent sensors! When cleaning under my bed it made it out all by itself, my other older shark vac/mop always got stuck under the bed and ran out of charge, this was always a pain since I have a degenerated back. I think you got this one right SHARK. Thank You

Disappointed

In November, I received this vacuum cleaner, which left me quite disappointed. Its navigation capabilities are significantly inferior to those of my AI Ultra vacuum cleaner, which I purchased over a year ago. Additionally, it does not perform as effectively as my other vacuum cleaner. The only positive aspect of this new vacuum is its mopping function.

I purchased this unit right after Christmas. It does a wonderful job - vacuums very well; mops well; navigates rugs very well (better than my previous Rumba). The setup is easy. Mapping a room/rooms is easy and does a very good job.
It all sounds good right? It is except one major issue … and given the price you pay it is a serious flaw and actually so obvious it
Must be a clear business decision to require households to purchase multiple units. Currently in the app it only allows the system to store and save one room mapping at a time. So if you want to take the vacuum upstairs and vacuum you must remap the entire area and then do it again when you take the stand downstairs if you want the base to be available during the cleaning session. Or if you have a downstairs with a multi-level with a few stairs the same thing. Yes it is easy to map but not easy enough and quick to do each time you want to do another room or section of the house. Again, it works as promised but the one room mapping limitation is NOT acceptable or justified at this price point. Any deserves a 2-Star reduction on the review.

Still Testing.

So far, the Shark power detect pro robot has done good. But there was an issue it with getting stuck and then it telling me it was on an uneven surface even though the tile floor is fairly even throughout the house. Had to physically move it and have it to return to the docking. Station. Hadn't fully tested it yet, but it did mop my kitchen floor without any issues.

The machine does a better job vacuuming than mopping. It doesn’t do great on edges and I wish it could be sleeker to go underneath furniture. I honestly thought it would do a better job cleaning the house. The mopping pad smells a bit, perhaps the machine needs to do a better job at washing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

5 stars! until your pet has an accident

I bout this around Black Friday last year, and I was definitely impressed. It as by far the best robot vacuum I have ever had, but lord help you if it comes across some dog poop. I have three dogs in the house, one of which is a 7 month old puppy. They are all house trained for the most part, but the puppy is still having a few accidents here and there. She has recently become quite spiteful if you can’t drop what you’re doing and take her out the second she tells you she needs to go (whether you see her or not) she will run off and poop in the floor. Four times in the last month, she has done this, and my vacuum has found it before me every single time. I have caught it pretty much as it happens all but once, and that time it tracked it all through my house. The vacuum is an absolute nightmare to try to clean because there are cracks and crevices that are near impossible to get to. Over all, I would normally give this vacuum 5 stars, but if you have pets, beware!
