I bought this a couple months ago. It totally sucks!! It definitely doesn’t vacuum or mop like it’s advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’ve owned this robot vacuum for about two weeks now. It is doing a fantastic job so far! The mop function is a game changer. The vacuuming is better than the other shark robot vacuum we own. Keeps the floors clean from 3 dogs and 3 cats.

I bought the Mop and Vacuum with the auto fill base for my wife for Christmas. I was really shocked how it knows the bare floor from the carpet. We are pleased with its capabilities this far. Looking forward to a long future together.

Good and Bad

Purchased to replace Roomba due to the difference in room mappings. Love that it's quieter. Wish it had the ability to better schedule jobs, e.g. vacuum and mop but NOT the whole house! Also, can you change the voice verbiage from "cleaning my pad, drying my pad" to something like maybe "cleaning the mop, drying the mop"??
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost awesome

Still up in the air regarding this model. Love that it detects carpet and other items while mopping, and lifts it's back and up to prevent water from getting on fabrics. However, 60% of the time, the mop plate pad fails to be picked up by the robot. Still trying to figure out if this is because of something I failed to do, but doesn't seem likely that that's the case. Hoping it isn't some flaw with the robot, as I really want to love this thing.

Disappointed

I was so excited to purchase this vacuum mop combination, although I was nervous about spending this much money. It arrived on Saturday, and I started to assemble it in my living room on Sunday. As I was unpackaging it, I was concerned that it was very tall so I set it in front of my furniture and it will not go under my furniture. This defeats the purpose and would require me to keep both my original Shark robot vacuum (which I love) and the mop vacuum combination to do the job. I will be returning it. I’m so disappointed. I feel it was a very big letdown.

Lifesaver, does it all!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve officially had this shark robot for a month to be able to give it a truthful honest review. I 100% recommend this robot. It does it all for you, it’s so easy to switch on the vacuum into a mop head. They have so many amazing features, my two favorite ones is the way it lifts itself up to get around certain objects (over rugs while mopping) and the air push feature (gets all the debris and crumbs out from corners to be able to vacuum). It adjusts to many different floors tiles, carpets, hardwood. It definitely is a lifesaver when you have multiple people in and outside of the house. Lifesaver.
