My Shark is great!!! Love it. It was a nice surprise that it was soo good. The vacuum is great and the mopping is great too.

Disappointed

In November, I received this vacuum cleaner, which left me quite disappointed. Its navigation capabilities are significantly inferior to those of my AI Ultra vacuum cleaner, which I purchased over a year ago. Additionally, it does not perform as effectively as my other vacuum cleaner. The only positive aspect of this new vacuum is its mopping function.

Happy Customer, Had it a month. The Shark 2-1 POWER DETECT Never Touch is the Very Best, works like a champ!!! I luv it! It does an excellent job, very quiet, amazes me how it lifts itself when it does vacuuming only. Leaves the floors very clean! Excellent sensors! When cleaning under my bed it made it out all by itself, my other older shark vac/mop always got stuck under the bed and ran out of charge, this was always a pain since I have a degenerated back. I think you got this one right SHARK. Thank You

I got mine as a Christmas gift to myself and so far I very pleased with it. It took me awhile to set it up as I had a difficult time figuring out the room layout when it was exploring. When I finally figured it out and named the rooms it works very good. I also like the fact you can elect to just vacuum or mop/vac

Wow, the best ever!

Wow, the best ever! I have had several bot vacuums and two prior mop/vac bots. This Shark by far out performs them all. Well worth the price. I was a bit apprehensive of the pad mop, but it does as well, if not better than the twin spinners on other models of mop bots.

Cleans amazing.

I researched many robot vacs and finally decided on the Shark vac/mop. It cleans amazing and it's very easy to use. I have been using it almost daily. The pads do not dry 100% though on 8 hours but that is not a deal breaker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have not figured out all the options it vacuums very well the mopping part is good but I have to tell it to mop the part on top dose not allow it to go under the chest of drawers like the old robot did
