My wife likes any type of cleaning tool

I have not figured out all the options it vacuums very well the mopping part is good but I have to tell it to mop the part on top dose not allow it to go under the chest of drawers like the old robot did

Good combo robot for the price.

Great little vac and mopper. Only complaints are that the app could be a little more restrictive in that it makes you follow the setup steps so you don’t have to watch YouTube to find out how to really set it up (mapping carpet areas for instance), and the mop could have a setting to get it to do more of a deep scrub for really dirty floors. I have to follow up with a manual mop sometimes. Worked much better than the Roborock I bought and returned though.

Awesome features and easy to use

It has been in use for a week and is a great improvement over our old Shark robot. Sweeps and mops the floor and sweeps the carpet. After mapping the house it does it in zones and knows wehre it is supposed to run
I would recommend this to a friend!

BAD product

Could not get it to sync with my WIFI - tried EVERYTHING. Booted my WIFI 6 times, did everything it said to to - could not get it to map tp WIFI. I am a tech geek so I know what I'm doing - SENT IT BACK after three days trying to get it to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sweeps mops cleans. Fill the water tank when neede

Got this for my mother who is caring for my dad that is bound to the house. So saying she needed help is mild. This thing is amazing no sweeping no moping. It does it all. Best product out there.

Almost perfect!

It's been three weeks since I've set up my robot and I am quite pleased. The two reasons I am giving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because the clean water tank does not last 30 days. I have a small home and have it set to vacuum and mop 2 of my 5 rooms (315 ft²) daily as they are high traffic areas with 3 pets, and all 5 rooms (563 ft²) once a week, and I have to refill the clean water tank weekly. The next issue is related to, hopefully, the app. I've not dug deeper yet to find out if it's a problem outside of the app. I have schedules set to vacuum all 5 rooms but for some reason, it only vaccuums 2 and I have to manually send it to clean the remaining 3. I've deleted the schedules and recreated them as well as un-installed and reinstalled the app but it has not fixed it. I have the same problem with the robot notification volume. I have set it repeatedly to be loud and it always mutes it. Other than those three very annoying issues, this robot does its job well and saves me quite a bit of time.
