Sweeps mops cleans. Fill the water tank when neede

Got this for my mother who is caring for my dad that is bound to the house. So saying she needed help is mild. This thing is amazing no sweeping no moping. It does it all. Best product out there.

Almost perfect!

It's been three weeks since I've set up my robot and I am quite pleased. The two reasons I am giving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because the clean water tank does not last 30 days. I have a small home and have it set to vacuum and mop 2 of my 5 rooms (315 ft²) daily as they are high traffic areas with 3 pets, and all 5 rooms (563 ft²) once a week, and I have to refill the clean water tank weekly. The next issue is related to, hopefully, the app. I've not dug deeper yet to find out if it's a problem outside of the app. I have schedules set to vacuum all 5 rooms but for some reason, it only vaccuums 2 and I have to manually send it to clean the remaining 3. I've deleted the schedules and recreated them as well as un-installed and reinstalled the app but it has not fixed it. I have the same problem with the robot notification volume. I have set it repeatedly to be loud and it always mutes it. Other than those three very annoying issues, this robot does its job well and saves me quite a bit of time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a couple months ago. It totally sucks!! It definitely doesn’t vacuum or mop like it’s advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’ve owned this robot vacuum for about two weeks now. It is doing a fantastic job so far! The mop function is a game changer. The vacuuming is better than the other shark robot vacuum we own. Keeps the floors clean from 3 dogs and 3 cats.

I bought the Mop and Vacuum with the auto fill base for my wife for Christmas. I was really shocked how it knows the bare floor from the carpet. We are pleased with its capabilities this far. Looking forward to a long future together.

Good and Bad

Purchased to replace Roomba due to the difference in room mappings. Love that it's quieter. Wish it had the ability to better schedule jobs, e.g. vacuum and mop but NOT the whole house! Also, can you change the voice verbiage from "cleaning my pad, drying my pad" to something like maybe "cleaning the mop, drying the mop"??

Almost awesome

Still up in the air regarding this model. Love that it detects carpet and other items while mopping, and lifts it's back and up to prevent water from getting on fabrics. However, 60% of the time, the mop plate pad fails to be picked up by the robot. Still trying to figure out if this is because of something I failed to do, but doesn't seem likely that that's the case. Hoping it isn't some flaw with the robot, as I really want to love this thing.
