Great Looking Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a sleek, high-end looking refrigerator that performs well so far. The exterior water dispenser works well and can be programmed to fill water bottles with a precise amount, which is both convenient and efficient. Ice production took about 24 hours to fully replenish from empty. The interior has a premium appearance, is well lit, and makes it easy to see contents at a glance. From an ergonomic standpoint, frequently used items are easy to access, and the adjustable door bins help maximize storage efficiency. However, the overall interior capacity feels somewhat limited, and the main shelves are stationary, which reduces flexibility when storing taller or oddly shaped items. The adjustable door shelving is a nice feature and helps compensate for the lack of shelf customization inside the main compartment.

Nice Refrigerator, Looks Great Too!

I was looking for a high-quality counter depth side-by-side refrigerator, which turns out is hard to find. Was glad to find a KitchenAid! The guys who delivered it were great and I have had no issues since it has been installed. Would definitely recommend.
I have an older home with a smaller kitchen so finding a refrigerator like this one fit nicely

Love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research, I finally ordered this refrigerator. I could not be more pleased with it! I love everything about it. It has a modern sleek look . It has good capacity with the door shelves larger than normal, and the frig shelves set back making for easier access to items. My favorite thing is the ice maker, also the measured fill for water. The wooden shelf, gray interior and lighting are very nice touches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Serious problem after 10 days

10 days after delivery, we woke up to a frozen water line/won’t dispense water. After troubleshooting (ultimately unplugging unit for an hour), water dispensed again…only to wake up to the same problem the next morning. (Refrigerator set to 38°, freezer 0°, filter properly installed, water line properly installed etc). We are so incredibly disappointed because we invested in a KitchenAid to replace our previous refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement for old fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ONLY reason I purchased a Kitchenaid to begin with was because they offered stainless black steel which I love. I had nothing but trouble for the 8 years I owned it. I finally replaced it but had to order Kitchenaid again because it had to fit in the built in space. Also it had to match my double oven which is also Kitchenaid. Well...they no longer make black stainless steel so I had to get regular stainless steel and then it did not match my perfectly good double oven which is black stainless steel so I had to replace my double oven with a stainless steel so it would match my new refrigerator. I've only had the new one for a month.....so the jury is still out.....will this one give me the same issues my last one did? It remains to be seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is designed so well that it has much more room than most counter-depth side-by-side refrigerators. We especially love the ice maker being built into the door itself which frees up a log more freezer space!
