Quiet, cold, tons of space!

Side by side means low maintenance compared to my old french door that kept having icing issues. Because of its low nose I expect it to be energy efficient. Can't hear any compressor just really quiet fans. Love it so far!

Handsome refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for the same refrigerator that was 18 yo. It was actually still working but it seemed like it was time to make a proactive purchase. This is a great side by side. My complaints are relatively minor. The old refrigerator had the temperature inside and told you the actual temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. The new unit had the temperature on the outside and only tells you the desired temperature. The old model told you how many ounces of water was being dispensed as you were filling the container. The new model has some complicated feature to set a set amount to be dispensed. Not useful to me so I gave up trying to figure out the settings. Lastly, the old unit had several drawers in the freezer; the new one has one and shelves. I find the shelves a messier way to store things. All said, I am very happy with the refrigerator. I just wish that they hadn’t messed with success!

Doesn’t match my other KitchenAid stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t have the exact same finish as my other stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. It’s more of a matte finish and everything else has more sheen. That’s the only thing I don’t really care for.

Beautiful inside and out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced one that I loved, but only lasted 7 years. I like this one very much and hope that it lasts much longer! The shelves inside are sturdy and practical and the lights, along with the stainless steel interior, are very soft on the eyes. The interior, removable wooden “serving” tray is lovely and very useful. Many great features!

Our recent purchase of the Kitchenaid 20.8 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Exterior Ice Maker and Water Dispenser was worth the homework! Don't let the smaller size fool you, the way it was designed is truly impressive and exceptional, we don't experience the feelings of moving down from a larger refrigerator to a smaller one, again due to the ingenious design. Highly recommended for those searching for a quality counter counter-depth side-by-side with exterior ice maker and water dispenser!
