Great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about this refrigerator! I did have trouble figuring out how to adjust the temperature on the panel. There were no instructions on the panel itself or in the manual. It just takes a brief push. My one suggestion would be to put this instruction on the panel and in the manual.

Beautiful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is beautiful inside. It has great lighting and I especially like the wood trim on the pull out open shelf. I also really like the water dispenser, it is taller than my last one so I can get a water bottle underneath it. It also has preset ounce settings for autofill that are nice. Ice maker is also great.
However, I have less usable space inside than my last refrigerator even though both are counter depth. So I find that it "feels" too full. It also freezes the food on the side next to the freezer. The fresh food in the drawers doesn't last as long as my last refrigerator either. They get moldy too fast. Both of these issues might be fixable but as of yet, I have not figured out how changing the settings will help. Occasionally the water dispenser doesn't work and I have to try again later.

Water line extremely slow! Shelf placement limited

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered replacement Kitchen Aid frig same brand as my 16 year old frig water in the door, counter depth sight unseen. I never imagined how BAD the capacity, limited shelf placement on frig side, & super slow water from the external water source on door. We’ve had a plumber out twice confirming our water line is not clogged. The options for larger shelf space is nill! I’m so disappointed.

It's a classic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a similar Kitchen Aid refrigerator from 10+ years ago. It is alive and well and running better than ever! We just completed new construction and I wanted the same experience from a newer model as I relocated the original to our cabin. This model closely resembles it but is far more modern (again the reason for purchasing a new one). The storage format is a bit different but with features I welcome. The only difference I have noted so far is the freezer has slightly less space. I can work around it, but I prefer the freezer format in my older model.

Great features & color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Black Ore color/exterior. Water and ice dispenser works well; like that they are separate. The door trays and drawer bins work well and have more capacity than expected. Love the slide out tray also. Would have preferred a butter keeper or compartment. Refrigerator looks great with wall oven and over kitchen.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was one of the few which fit in the kitchen space and still is counter depth. I was surprised how much more internal space it has compared to my previous Kitchenaid side-by-side refrigerator. I like the platinum interior color.

It has great interior lighting and the capacity is adequate with easy access to all areas. The pull out tray is a nice feature and very functional. We love the ice maker and cube shape.
