[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer portion was fine but the fridge had serious temperature issues. It FROZE all my food (eggs, milk, veggies). It was 24 degrees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice counter depth refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice looking appliance that fits nicely into my space. The only disappointment was learning that the ice maker wasn’t included in the 1yr warranty, as is considered an accessory. That’s crazy! The refrigerator was sold with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We actually bought and returned to other fridges before finally settling on this one. We’ve had our last side-by-side for over 20 years, but decided to try other configurations. We ran back to the side-by-side.
Two reasons this one isn’t perfect. Number one it can be a little noisy. Number two there is clearly the guides in the freezer for another shelf, but no shelf. After tons of research, I have discovered that is the way it’s manufactured. It’s ridiculously silly. I have tried to buy the parts through a few different places, including whirlpool/KitchenAid with no luck. Now I will be going to my local glass store to see if they can help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator aesthetically is very nice. I returned the first one as it had a loud continuous humming. I received a new refrigerator on Saturday Nov 8 and first pull out drawer is stuck and takes great force to pull out. Refrigerator still has a slight humming and was told would have to get a service person to come out. I had it a week hoping it would get quieter. Unfortunately it hasn’t now in the process to shop for a different brand. I’m disappointed that the refrigerator is not working out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A humming noise may come from the compressor or fans as they adjust to optimize performance. On some models, the fans will temporarily turn off when the doors are opened and will resume once the doors are closed. This is part of normal operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator in late October. I really like the size. The fact that the shelves aren’t adjustable doesn’t bother me. The freezer door squeaks when opened. We have done the suggested “fixed”, but still squeaks. We will be getting a replacement refrigerator, same model. Hoping that this one doesn’t squeak.
I would recommend this to a friend!
