Under whelming refrigerator for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the best refrigerator I've ever owned. It is the first KitchenAid I've purchased.
Exterior dimensions are the same as my previous refrigerator, yet the inside dimensions are 4 cubic feet smaller.
Noisy ice maker and water dispenser after use there is a high pitched sound for a while. There doesn't seem to be much insulation around the unit.
Because the angled tray for the ice and water dispenser is made on a curved angle to fit the curved door it looks like it was made incorrectly. I could have been a straight cut across the water tray.

Plastic on the air filter door is warped and doesn't close properly.
Seal around the water filter was not installed correctly and curles up in some areas.

Removed the rolling tray as it limits storage. Even with the tray removed the brackets roller brackets on the side still reduce the amount of usable space.
Limited shelf brackets, not many options for shelf height.
No shelf that slides half way back for tall items.
No wine or water bottle rack.
Bring back a straight door the curved takes up more space in the room.
Only 1 freezer drawer, it's not square and is open at the top of the front side, limiting what can be stored.

My advice, keep looking.

Love it but door squeaks

Great value - assembly quality an issue, noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the money, the refrigerator is spacious and works well so far. The part for the air filter cover/door was installed incorrectly at the factory and is warped to the point that the filter door will not close. I am having to get it replaced on warranty which is disappointing for a new refrigerator. It is louder than my 23 year refrigerator which is also disappointing, but it very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many nice features. The interior "theater" lighting is awesome! It makes finding thongs so much easier. Great use of space. Very spacious. Water filter location at the top is so much easier to get to that the "under the bottom" location that is so difficult for us to access.It looks wonderful inside and out. We're very happy with our selection.
