Nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we are very pleased with this refrigerator. Pros - perfect counter depth for our smaller kitchen; attractive handles that do not show finger prints, plus are easy to grip; pull-out shelf is very handy; relatively quiet operation; pyramid shape ice cubes (much better in a small glass than crescent shape); and measured fill water option (perfect for coffee maker).
Cons - refrigerator shelves are fixed which limits where to store taller items like milk and cream (I prefer not to store dairy in the door where it’s more likely to be warm and spoil); only one drawer has humidity control for produce.

Sleek design inside & out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is nicely designed with pro style handles and a pretty grey interior with wood-look accent on a drawer front. The refrigerator details coordinate well with my range and microwave drawer from different manufacturers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was perfect for our kitchen space! It provides the capacity, lighting, and most importantly, the cooling needed for our food storage needs. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely buy this make/model/brand in the future.

A Piece of Art

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is a piece of art. I love the color and the look of the counter depth in a kitchen. The capacity is different than a standard refrigerator . You are giving up space to shove items in the back of the shelves. I was concerned prior to buying that I would miss the extra space. I have found that we keep it organized and cleaned out. I give this item a five star. If I could make one change on the design it would be to make a shelf that was taller or you could have the option to move it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall pretty good with a couple minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the fridge for about 9 months. This inside is nice and bright and has lights that allow you to see everything. I like that the ice bin is on the door so the whole side of the freezer is available for food items. It’s a bit smaller than I expected but it’s counter depth so I should have expected that. We had an issue that’s apparently an ongoing problem with the ice maker. It was annoying but KitchenAid did cover it under warranty and replaced the part. The water filter also needs to be replaced frequently and slows way down when it needs to be replaced. Our last one only lasted a month so that’s annoying and gets expensive. Overall pretty happy.

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very good looking, stylish refrigerator. The space is swell organized to provide a good amount of storage space. The ice maker is very convenient to use and produces a large amount of ice. I especially like that I can access ice via the dispenser and by opening the door and getting ice directly from the bin.
