[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The freezer door perimeter rubber seal has been incorrectly installed making the closing of the freezer door get stuck on the right door.

Looks and it is quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new refrigerator. The only part that we do not like is the water dispenser is a little odd. Meaning you have to press the glass hard near the top of the pad. Normally you just put your glass against the pad and water comes out. With this one you have to press hard with the glass on an angle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice and water feature require to much pressure to operate. Need to hold cup up to highest point before either function turns on. Also, the refrigerator is very noisy. It is a constant source of all noise in the kitchen and family rooms. Most of noise is from the ice maker.

Organized freezer & fresh water for small family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator holds consistent 36-37ºF temp (manual thermometer monitored 3-weeks), returns to set temp rapidly after loading, balances cold air well between refrigerator & freezer compartments, and has easy set temp control. First counter-depth side-by-side after decades of bottom freezer French-door models. The asymmetric door opening radius solved a kitchen traffic problem. USA manufactured. So far, so good.
IMO, this capacity is ideal for empty nesters or family of three. Maybe family of four. Larger capacity recommended for an active family of four or more. YMMV. While KitchenAid doesn’t publish cu. ft. compartment capacity, I feel this offers relatively larger freezer capacity as a percentage of it total cu. ft. than comparable capacity French-door bottom freezer model. IMO, this side freezer offers better more functional organized space than a larger bottom bin model.
Refrigerator offers comparably smaller volume as percentage of total volume, with less adjustable shelving & drawer capacity than a French-door bottom freezer model of same volume. If the buyer is a freezer using family, this model may be ideal, YMMV. Dispensed charcoal-filtered water & ice offers surprising clean fresh taste. Filter produces better quality water than our dual-charcoal filter sink dispenser.
We prefer KitchenAid’s distinctive knurled tubular handles. This refrigerator completes 3rd KitchenAid major appliance replacement/upgrade, creating consistent kitchen appearance started a few years ago with KitchenAid dishwasher that has run quiet and reliably.

Great looking with some reservations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the new side-by-side refrigerator. It looks great and it keeps things cold as expected. The controls on the front of the freezer part are easy to use. I just wish the upper shelves were adjustable. There doesn't seem to be as much storage space nor do the doors open quite as wide to clean and remove racks as my former SxS in the same space. I have also had some issues with things freezing on the refrigerator side. I moved stuff from the sides and changed the temp but then, even less space is available as a result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid fridge is large, modern, and easy to use. We use it as our secondary fridge in the garage. I love the large handles, and the notification that pops up on the fridge door whenever a door is left open. The ice machine is fast and dispenses well. Lots of storage compartments and shelves to sort food. It does exactly what you need things to - keep things cold. Highly recommend.
