New kitchen aid fridge

The company has been very supportive as we have had to replace the first two ( free of charge) due to performance issues and well the new one arrived and the water pump did not work and had to be replaced. Perhaps greater focus on quality control needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we made the change due to extensive dissatifaction with high end samsung model. the refrig. flexibility and various food type segregation was more that we had hoped for. the Ice Making abilty satisfies a household of ice hungry family members.
Couldn't be happier with the KitchenAid Refrigerator.

Excellent Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sight unseen except in a picture. I knew I wated a Kitchen Aid however I thought my Maytag was on the frizz after 5 years. Wrong it was working fine but had already decided on the Kitchen Aid and it was a great fit and in stock, I was desperate as I lost a lot of food and had to make a decision to keep the order or cancel. Since I had lost some trust that the Maytag was fixed I went with the Kitchen Aid. While I didn’t need the added expense I am extremely happy with my purchase. It is the same size as the old one but seems much bigger and has plenty of door and shelf space. Freezer as well Easier to see where everything is. Lighting is beautiful and illuminates your shelving so you can see everything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife picked this one over a Whirlpool that we had for a week and I could tell she was having buyers remorse so we exchanged it for the side by side KitchenAid and she absolutely loves everything about it.

Replacement for old fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ONLY reason I purchased a Kitchenaid to begin with was because they offered stainless black steel which I love. I had nothing but trouble for the 8 years I owned it. I finally replaced it but had to order Kitchenaid again because it had to fit in the built in space. Also it had to match my double oven which is also Kitchenaid. Well...they no longer make black stainless steel so I had to get regular stainless steel and then it did not match my perfectly good double oven which is black stainless steel so I had to replace my double oven with a stainless steel so it would match my new refrigerator. I've only had the new one for a month.....so the jury is still out.....will this one give me the same issues my last one did? It remains to be seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
