[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this espresso machine! I love that it has a cold brew mode and espresso so you can have any kind of coffee you want despite the temperature. I am going to save so much money by using this at home and still get the high quality coffee I love.

High quality, rapid brewing, small countertop foot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: pretty straightforward and user friendly. Components seem high quality and well made. Only plastic part is a scoop with packing end, but also has weighted metal packing device. 2 different size strainer cups (single/double). Brewing attachment secures tightly, strainer cup easy to pop out and clean. Not clear how to clean steamer arm, so I just ran it in water a couple times. Good sized reservoir, and brews rapidly!
Cons: Seems to brew a little weakly-possibly because it's so rapid? I also was cautious about overfilling it but was using one scoop for the deeper cup, so may be that I just needed to add more as well, however I noticed a fair bit of water sitting in the cup with the grounds after brewing each time, which is why I suspect it's not totally user error. Steamer is VERY loud. I know most are to some degree, but this seemed excessive. No stealing this without waking your SO in the morning! Tried to attach a video, but it wouldn't upload.

Awesome for the price

I already have the Breville and for a quarter of the price, the Delonghi makes just as good of a cup as my Breville. The steam wand works really well and is easy to clean. Additionally, the machine is made of stainless steel and a high quality plastic. Don’t let the plastic scare you, it looks very sleek. It also comes with a lot of tools such as a weighted stamper to press the ground beans down. This is a great espresso maker for the money. It does everything you need including cold brew.

A good entry machine for those looking to make esp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice machine, especially for those that are new to making espresso at home. It’s a pressurized basket which is more beginner friendly, but may frustrate more experienced users looking to really dial in their shots. Obviously pairing this machine with a good grinder will yield the best results, but even with pre ground coffee, this will make a decent espresso shot. Cold brew function is a nice option.
A couple of things we have noticed over using this machine for a few weeks. We don’t like the touch screen type buttons on the top of the machine. It’s easy to accidentally brush your hand on them when using the portafilter causing hot water to instantly come out. I guess older dedica models had actual haptic buttons, so this is a disappointing change.
The other disappointment is the steam wand is pretty weak. It takes forever to get the milk frothing and it just doesn’t have enough pressure, so it takes double or triple the time it should.
Overall it’s a decent entry level machine that is fully capable of making excellent espresso with few small quirks. Depending on how you enjoy your espresso, these may or may not be an issue for you.

Great addition to our morning routine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have absolutely loved this espresso machine! Previously we used an espresso machine with the pods and this one feels so much more professional. You also can use whatever coffee you want now which is a great improvement. We love making americanos so having the hot water spout has been a game changer — we like this to make tea as well. I also use the milk frother for matcha lattes. This can make espressos, cold brew, and any variety of espresso-based drinks. Highly recommend! The only downside is the steamer is quite noisy. However, it sounds like you’re at the coffee shop so it doesn’t bother us too badly.

Easy to use and fast!

Great espresso coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine so much, I always feel like I buy coffee outside everyday because my latte is just right. I got this machine to make lattes and cappuccinos. Make around 2-3 double shots everyday. Using it since last week, works fine and simple to use. It’s also very easy to clean. It's nice looking. I like that it doesn't take up much space, and it looks attractive in our coffee bar area. The price is very affordable for a long term using machine, save money for coffee outside. Highly recommend!
