Developed an "airlock" as I was going through set up procedures. I couldn't clear the error even with the AI assistant. Returned the product as directed two weeks ago but I haven't heard back from them since. I was hoping for a rebate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this machine allows an portion for steamed milk, the size is not too big, the parts are compact, and the temperature of the water gets really hot !! The machine is heavy duty as it pertains to weights and built to last!! I would definitely recommend to purchase one !

I have tried so many espresso machines and have always gone back to my Moka pot. Until I tried Delonghi. This machine has so many great features and makes genuine, truly delicious espresso with perfect crema. The machine is quieter than the others I have tried. I love the options for 1 or 2 shots, as well as for iced coffee. The frother falls short... It steams the milk but certainly doesn't froth it as expected. However, I love to use the frothing wand to get hot water for tea so I am not disappointed. The machine is slim and takes very little space. It was an excellent purchase!

Fantastic for black coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine makes some mean coffee. Even if you buy a cheaper coffee it will make its magic. It looks sleek and beautiful in the kitchen. The set up takes some time and the manual is not the best. It is very detailed though and it might take a while to learn everything. I enjoy the bigger water container. The clean up is also very easy. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the frother. I don’t think it works properly and I would recommend one of those electric ones over this. Or if you have the budget and enjoy cappuccinos upgrade to one of those Delonghi machines with the milk containers. If you enjoy black coffee this is a fantastic machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! I would give it ten stars if I could!!! The installation was so easy. It is designed to fit perfectly in a small kitchen or a big kitchen. It makes the perfect sized espresso every time and comes with the tools that are needed to make that perfect espresso. It’s a great machine that I know will last a long time even with all of house using it constantly. Definitely worth the buy!
