It’s compact, don’t take much space, makes double espresso, works very well.
Cleaning process is not 100% nice but none coffee makers like that would do. You gotta take the coffee out and wash it all out - no detergent.

Taste so so so good and so easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely life-changing coming from somebody who only used the Keurig. This elevates my coffee every single morning. Now I am able to do iced coffee, cold brew, regular espresso, even has the frother! I am obsessed with this thing. I use it every single morning. It is so easy to clean out and have ready for the next day. For this price point, I am totally giftgiving this this upcoming season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Delonghi Dedica Duo Espresso Machine. It’s so easy to set up and use, and is nice and compact to fit on any size counter space. I really like the options for double espresso and cold brew, and the built-in steamer that produces very frothy milk (even when used with plant-based options like oat milk)! This machine is definitely worth the purchase to upgrade your morning coffee game - it’s so much tastier and stronger than other pod or coffee pot options, but still brews so fast.

A booklet bundle with all the information you need. I wish I could have posted additional photos. These booklets have everything you need to know, and how to operate your new expresso/coffee maker. Several barcodes for even more information. I’m impressed💯 This is just the right size to start my coffee station in my bedroom. Works well without any glitches. This expresso machine is perfect for small spaces. You get great coffee/expresso/latte in the comfort of your home, just the way you like it🥹 The price point is right on time for the tiny mighty brewing machine🥰 It takes very little effort to create your morning drink, and cleanup is a breeze. Don’t sleep on this! Grab it!

Compact, sleek, easy to use - a great first espres

There’s so many different settings and ways to customize your drink, especially love that it does both espresso and cold brew options. The touch interface was a neat feature, easy to navigate through. The steam wand was probably my favorite part, it’s easy to use and I am excited to play around with it. The wand and the whole machine are super easy to clean. Obsessed with how compact it is, I hate bulky things taking up space but this literally can fit in the smallest nook and it looks so good! I actually didn’t even realize at first that it was made of so much plastic. Overall so impressed, a great first espresso machine

Nice, but needs improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that this is our first espresso coffee machine. We own a drip coffee machine that we used daily (3-4 cups a day in my household) before receiving this new De’Longhi Dedica Duo coffee machine. I’m a decaf gal while my husband drinks caffeinated coffee, so we both use different coffee powders. The machine definitely makes great tasting espresso shots and cold brews but the reason I removed two stars is that I wish:
1. This came with a distributor tool. Straight out of the box, as a beginner I had to figure out alternative methods to get a better quality brew without this
2. The steam wand somehow started leaking while making espressos within about 3 weeks of is starting to use the machine.
