Love it so much!

Even just using cheap grounds we had on hand (Folgers) it took away that bitter bite that traditionally brewed coffee has. We've been using a moka pot for the last year but we'll likely switch to this full time. Takes about 45 seconds from pressing the button to finish and have your espresso. The water reservoir in the back makes it simple and removes a step each morning. Easy to clean the grounds out and the steam wand is a nice addition

The best expresso- easy to make

High Quality espresso machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DeLonghi products are very high quality, this is no exception, makes rich full bodied espresso drinks and cold brew,has a digital panel that you can customize to each persons liking. Our only issue is the handle in front is hard to get on and off and sticks out too far. It would be nice if it made regular coffee too, but for strong coffee lovers this is a great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is great for small spaces. It has multiple options - single or double shot/shots - cold brew - stream. It took a bit to set up cause the instructions were pictures only (words would have been useful)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine. I rated it four stars only because it’s very tricky when you first receive it. It has to de-scale and you have to wait to use it. Other than that I think once you get used to it it won’t be too complicated. Overall it works and taste amazing! We used an espresso style ground coffee

Sturdy machine makes to die for macchiato's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband lived in Italy before and is a coffee fanatic. This Delonghi espresso machine is the real deal for coffee lovers. The quality of the extraction creates the most rich and tasty cup of latte and macchiato. The set up was quick and it took less than 5 minutes to read through and follow the required priming of the machine prior to first use. The control panel on the top is easy to access and unlike standard machines, this even has a cold brew option. The frother worked seamlessly and was easy to operate with the knob on the side, and the noise level was comparable to previous frothing machines we have owned. My absolute favorite feature about this espresso machine is the compact size because it has everything we ever wanted yet is a space saver on the kitchen counter. Great tasting espresso and extra counter space available is a double win.
The material it is made of, both the stainless steel parts and that plastic parts, feel very sturdy and made of high quality. This is absolutely the best espresso machine we have owned and we look forward to the many years of enjoying cafe style drinks because Delonghi is a very reliable brand from our previous experience.

I love it, could just use a few technical tweaks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MACHINE! It did take some getting used to (and I used to be a barista) but I’m finally getting the hang of it. Two things that could be a bit better — one) most of my coffee mugs are too large and I have to take out the drain it sits on to comfortably fit. Two) when I go to dump the packed espresso grounds (dry or wet), when I try to tap them out, the entire filter falls into the trash, sink, etc. it’s a bit frustrating. I’m working with it because this machine is great. I do love it, and it’d be perfect with a few improvements.
