There has been a recurring problem where the steam lcon is the only one lit. This requires the machine to be un plugged several times until it resets.

Lots of these reviews are with items given to people. I bought this with my own money. I wanted postpartum to be easier for myself and buy something to make it a little luxurious. It’s extremely difficult to set up, rarely pulls shots properly, it’s a gamble if it will do what you ask it to. The directions are lacking in giving you things to do to problem solve. Every morning it takes about 35 minutes for us to make two lattes. Most of the time it pulls like 15 drops of water instead of the double shot I ask for. 100% would not recommend buying. I should have just bit the bullet and gone for something slightly more expensive. I’m super disappointed, had really high hopes! When it does actually make the beverage successfully-they taste great but are always lukewarm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this is the cutest coffee machine ever in terms of size!! So tiny but in a good way. Does what it says it does and the coffee doesn’t taste bitter. Coming from someone whose been making coffee at home for over five years and use another barista like machine; this def takes less counter space which is nice. Brewing leaves a nice crema on the espresso shot and smells amaze. Easy to use for me but then again I have experience and also easy to clean! Only missing thing would be a bean reserve but I guess if you’re looking for something small then this does it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this espresso machine. It looks modern and doesn’t take much space on the counter. It heats up quickly, and the coffee tastes strong and smooth. I like that I can easily make both hot espresso and cold drinks. The milk frother works very well for lattes and cappuccinos. The performance is excellent, and it works consistently every time. It’s powerful enough to make great coffee, but it’s not too loud, which I really appreciate. Assembly was very easy and quick, and the instructions were clear. It’s also easy to use and easy to clean. Great quality, and I’m very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it.
