Finally! An efficient and excellent washer/dryer!

We needed all new appliances after a remodel. When shopping for a washer/dryer, the Salesman immediately brought me to what he thought I'd like because everyone else prefers the big, shiny front-loading machines, with the most advertised brand names. However, I don't care about all that newfangled stuff. I want quality: a washing machine with a center agitator that thoroughly washes and rinses my clothes, and a dryer that requires only one cycle to dry my clothes. Once my salesman realized I couldn't be swayed to buy the most advertised machines, he showed me the washer/dryer that he owns: Speed Queen. Thank goodness he did, we are SO HAPPY with our washer and dryer. An Appliance Tech was sent to our house because our brand-new microwave needed attention. He came in through our laundry room and immediately said, "Hey, I have that same washer and dryer." If the people who know about sales and repair actually own Speed Queen, then I'm confident that we'll be happy with our purchase even after years have passed. Thank you, Speed Queen!

Loved hearing that this will be the last washer we will ever buy. We have figured that we have have bought 6 washers in our 50 years of marriage.
We love that you push the start button and the water starts filling immediately. Its great to have an agitator. Love that it spins all of the water out of the clothes, making the dryer time quicker.
Only thing wrong with our new washer is the stop beep is not very loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best ever. My first set of Speed Queen I purchased in 2009. A few months later our home flooded during a 100 year flood. Washer and dryer under 5ft of water. My husband managed to get them outside, take covers off and let them dry. Plugged them back in and worked. Sold the house in 2017 to our niece and she just told us that the dryer has finally stopped drying. Washer still going. Unbelievable!
Bought a house in 2023 in Florida. Decided to try front loaders GE. Big mistake. Nothing but trouble. Just bought my next set of Speed Queen. Love them. Should have never wasted money on GE. Lesson learned.

Fire Stations Choose Speed Queen for a reason.

Speed Queens hold up to load after load of clothes and towels at the fire station. So when it came to selecting a new washer pair, the choice was clear. Speed Queen. Fire stations across the USA use speed queen for a reason. A quality made AMERICAN product made in the heartland. UNION MADE in Ripon, Wisconsin.
A noticeable difference in cleanliness and units are very quiet. Several options on modes of cleaning. Unbeatable 7 year warranty. A quality product made by good people. I’ll buy that. USA!
