I have had problems with the rinse cycle if u add a touch to much fabric softener you have to rinse the clothes 2 times to remove softener
I would recommend this to a friend!

We understand you've noticed some concerns with fabric softener not rinsing out, and we'd love to see if we can help with this! If using an Eco cycle (like Normal/Eco) with fabric softener, the User Guide mentions that the Extra Rinse option must be selected. However, this extra rinse shouldn't be needed on other cycles when using fabric softener, besides an Eco cycle. If you've noticed softener not rinsing out on those other cycles, please let our Customer Support know at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time).

Best machine I’ve In many Years

My mom always had a Speed Queen. I should have listened to mom.
My husband wears his company shirts and the deodorant always made marks. No matter what detergent I used the armpits always had spots. This is the athletic polyester collared shirts. I always had to pretreat and scrub by hand. Since getting my new machine, no more pretreat and no more spots. I will always recommend Speed Queen.

So Quiet it is hard to believe it is Cleaning

When it is washing it is extremely quite. You only hear a little water sloshing around. Hard to believe it is washing the clothes, BUT THEY COME OUT CLEAN.

Great machine

We had a Samsung that made noise. It wasn’t very old. I didn’t want to replace because it was still in warranty. Basically their warrantee was worth nothing. Anyway. Finally spent the money and got speed queen. Love it. It really gets my clothes clean. Does exactly what it needs to. I’m gonna get the matching dryer next month
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Last Washer I Hope to Buy

We have owned front loading washing machines for 50 years. They save water and detergent, and I have always thought they do a great job cleaning clothes. When our 10-year-old Samsung washer began to show wear, our repairman suggested looking at Speed Queen. We called our favorite appliance store and our salesman agreed. One quick trip to the store to look at them and within a week we had a new washer. I am overall very pleased. I am using more detergent sheets so that is a bit of a downside. But, I am so happy to easily lift all of the clothes out and no longer have to strain bending over to retrieve that last sock. And I no longer will have to worry about the seal becoming moldy and smelling bad. I suspect those washing machine tabs will no longer be necessary. The cycles are fast, I like all of the selections, and I have used the soak cycle when our Thanksgiving tablecloths and napkins had cranberry sauce and gravy stains. I pretreated and set the soak cycle and everything came out clean. I hope to never have to replace our washer in our lifetime (we are 71) and when our dryer wears out we will replace it with a Speed Queen dryer.

So happy with my new machine! It is very quiet and does a fine job cleaning the laundry. The smart fill sensor adds the correct amount of water every time - I never have to set the load size. The manufacturing is superior to any other machine I've ever owned and the 10 year warranty gives me peace of mind. Most manufacturers design products to last just until the warranty period runs out but it is said that this machine is designed to last far beyond that. I am highly satisfied with my purchase of Speed Queen.

Gentle on clothes

We have not had this machine very long, however, I have noticed less lint in the water discharge filter or the dryer filter. I am thinking that this is an indication of less damage during the wash. The clothes come out clean, so I have no complaints.
