My wife does laundry like its an Olympic sport. After having our last set of Whirlpool washer and dryer not even last 4 years (waster blew the bearing) it was time to invest on a set that will do what it's supposed to do when you want it to with peace of mind. If you have the money spend it once and you wont have to deal with costly repairs keeping brand new subpar junk running.

After much consideration I decided to purchase the Speed Queen TR7 washer and the DR7 dryer. The Speed Queen washer and dryer are top notch. The quality is evident and the clothes are much cleaner. The washer and dryer are very efficient with customizable options for each load. When I did the math my previous 3 sets of washer and dryers averaged about 3.4 years! Decided on the TR7 and DR7 based on durability and the seven year warranty. Even though the capacity for the washer is smaller than my previous washer, it hasn’t been an issue. Decided on the white set based on my decor but the black matte set is really nice. Worth every penny!

Laundry Queen Tells All

I’m overjoyed that I took a leap of faith to invest in the Speed Queen TR7. I was a loyal Mayt*g customer until top-load out of balance issues became a nightmare.
Some things I truly love about my TR7 are:
-The set it and forget it peace of mind.
-Quiet, efficient operation with no glitches.
-Excellent options to choose my water level and cycle time based on my load type.
-Solid construction, and no out of balance issues!
-The time and peace I gained back in my life to not deal with washing machine drama.

In all fairness, it does cost a little more as I often choose a heavy duty load with a full tank water fill. I did see a little increase in my water bill, but in my book, time is money and I have saved so much time in my life with a washing machine that does its job without interruption. This equates to less time fussing with machine flaws, and more time to do what I love.

Quiet, efficient, workhorse and AMERICAN!

We are retired couple that had bad experience with the last 2 washers we owned (Samsung and GE). We were tired of the poor performance. We purchased an appliance that will be in our will. So far, we love it!!

We have had various products in the past that last 2-5 years and then fail. I purchased this hoping for longevity (which it is too early to comment on), but the speed in which this washer cycles loads is fantastic.

Doesn’t get clothes clean for example white socks worn once for an 8 hour medical assistant shift. They don’t get white, even when I goggled as People said wash on heavy duty cycle. I tired all cycles the clothes don’t get clean. It doesn’t wash comforters without “tilting” machine where machine stops cus it’s unbalanced. It’s loud so is the dryer. It washes load quickly not taking forget like the LG. It’s not great the SQ brand or the model I got.
