Honestly, I love this dryer. We are a big and busy family; kids are constantly running to activities and this dryer is a lifesaver. It fits everything I need, it dries perfectly ( I love and I modify it to level I prefer), I love the fresh care for added hand, and the smart AI Dry is flawless.
It is quiet and energy efficient. What else would you need from a drier?! Highly recommended!

Amazing LG dryer!!

It is beyond efficient and uses smart energy/technology. It can hold very late capacity loads. Using the thinQ app helps tremendously. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a smart dryer with innovation, performance as being key features!!

Purchased this dryer a few weeks ag and I am sending it back. There are several things I don't care for about the machine. First, I don't like the cycle selection design. You have to turn a dial to find the cycle you want on the electronic screen. Second, I don't like the lint screen. It is hot to touch in between cycles, even though it tells you to clean the screen in between cycles and I find it more difficult to remove the lint than my old machine. Most important, it does not dry consistently. No matter what cycle I use, the clothing items/sheets, towels are completely damp when the cycle goes off or their are damp in spots and dry in others. No matter, I still have to turn on another cycle before they are completely dry. I do not overload the drum and I select the appropriate cycle for the items I am drying.
