Great features including steam.

Yes, they make us say that but this is my honest review.
Got the matching washer and pedestal unit too, so LG quality and design were important. This is a large capacity dryer with all the features you need from an electric one, it even has a water line for the steam function during drying if you need that for less wrinkling and odors (it works as advertised especially for those with stinky gym clothes - for those this is a must feature).

Great Dryer

With 7.4cu ft capacity it can fit a big blanket and other bulky items. The dryer is quiet and offers plenty of drying options from quick dry to heavy load. I love the new features like AI Dry which selects optimal dry setting automatically and Steamfresh mode which removes wrinkles in 11 minutes using steam and hot air. It is also ENERGY STAR certified which will be significantly more energy-efficient.

We received this product yesterday with a matching washing machine and we absolutely love it. We specifically love it due to being a multi-pet household and this product having the option for pet care drying. Having this option gives us the opportunity to ensure our old towels and blankets are clean and dry and ready for use for our three dogs.
We also downloaded the LG app to keep track of how long we have until our clothes are dry. This gives us more flexibility to do other things while the clothes dry.
I already love this product so much!

This dryer is a fantastic combination of style and performance. Its 7.4 cu. ft. drum is perfect for large families, effortlessly drying big loads and bulky blankets. I appreciate how quiet it is during operation and the selection of drying cycles.

Great design and feature!

Great looking design. Similar to the paired washer, having the dial is a great plus as I don’t like just having the LCD. Starting the dryer takes little longer than expected. When you press the power button and the start button, it doesn’t start instantly There is slight lag, but it does help prevent accidentally pressing the start button. There is quick dry cycle (30min) which is very helpful when in a hurry. It would be nice to be able to adjust the dryig time for the quick dry. The clothes comes out dry and fluffy. I wasn't able to adjust the drying temperature under Normal cycle. Hopefully they can add this feature through ThinQ UP. I had it connected to ThinQ app and it was cool to be able to receive the alerts. I setup my LG TV to get the laundry alerts as well which is super convenient. It would be good to have new feature to turn on the Wrinkle care after I started the dryer since I always forget to turn it on. I like the steam feature to fluff my jackets and clothes that do not need to be washed. The best part is how quite the dryer is. You can barely hear any noise and it has large capacity. I was able to dry heavy loads without any problems. I do like that ThinQ app provides energy usage information which is helpful to manage how much electricity I’m using. As for the tub light, it was under the settings option same as the washer. Hopefully they can update this feature with ThinQ UP.
