Worth the wait

I was needing a new roller bag as the one I bought just after college was getting really difficult to push around. I was beyond delighted when I heard that my favorite bag manufacturer, peak design, designed their own! I have already used this one and it makes staying organized soooo easy. The organization panel and the fact that you can store your laptop in the front for easy access were big selling points for me. The build quality feels premium and all the hardware is a delight to use. The casters are so smooth the bag often rolls around on its own when I nudge it gently! So excited to take this to Europe next week on our family vacation! Thanks Peak!!!!!

This thing is so great! I got to take it on a trip for the first time and everything about it was effortless. I love having the AirTag pocket for keeping track of it. I've gotta say, the wheels and trolley handle really do live up to the hype. This roller is a pleasure to walk around with.

Great for videography & photography

I took part in the kickstarter project for my Roller Pro. So far, I've used it extensively for a documentary project. Coupled with my Peak Design travel tripod and my mirrorless camera and lenses, it's the only bag I need. Sits nicely in the back of my SUV where I can access everything quickly. I also have the 40L back pack that I've used for my carryon for overseas travel...but usually found it too heavy to lug through airports. I look forward to using the Roller Pro on a trip to Europe next month!

We have made two trips with our new Peak Design Roller Bag, and mostly, I am very satisfied. The wheels are great--really easy, maneuverable, and smooth rolling. I like the interior a great deal--it provides more room as advertised, and both the cross-straps and pockets work well. I have found the handle to be a little more difficult. I tried to grab the bag off a luggage belt (It was located above another bag) and found it hard to grab the handle because it lies so close to the bag. That's my only minimal complaint! I hope they work on bags in other sizes.

I took the Roller Pro for a trip around the UK. The Roller Pro was the perfect size and handled everything I threw at it. Far superior to my carry-on clamshell. Even after some rough treatment the exterior looks amazing!

Dang I wish this roller came out two years ago. I have a perfectly good carry on. But I went ahead and got the PD Roller Pro for the design items that PD put into it. It's the flexibility of packing that I sold me. As a photographer traveling is a lot harder now and keeping my gear with me is very important. Using the packing cubes allows for flexibility. the roller has so many cool features I dare say it's my last piece of luggage. thank you PD. No it's not the least expensive roller out there but consider it an investment and well saving up for. BTW my daughter really does appreciate my other roller.
