I have NEVER liked my hair! The Dyson has changed my life at age 62! I cannot believe I am just discovering it. My daughter had one when she was a teenager and I thought it was too “trendy” for me. But then I had shoulder surgery and needed a light weight hair dryer so my daughter suggested I try hers. I can actually style the back of my hair now. I absolutely love everything about it!

I have poker straight thin hair. I’ve tried this multiple times and my hair isn’t holding anything. I have tried a huge variety of products to help same thing. I’m honestly considering returning the item. I was so excited for this only to be completely let down.

Just WOW. My kids bought me this for my birthday and I was a little upset that they would spend so much on something for me BUT THEN I used it and I was speechless. I already have the Dyson hairdryer which I love so I really didn’t think I needed the airwrap. I was wrong. I absolutely needed this in my life. I can dry and curl my hair effortlessly in record time. My hair naturally does not take to curling so I would normally have to blow out and then use a curling iron (not a fan because despite using heat sprays it still smelled burnt). Curl would be gone in a couple hours. Waste of time. The airwrap on the other hand is on another level. The curl stays in for days, literally. I can sleep on it, run a brush lightly through it, curl is still intact. It’s AMAZING. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and offers superior technology that’s makes a huge difference. I no longer loathe washing my hair because I know I can dry it and style it so quickly now. And I’ve noticed it helps with volume on my fine hair so that’s a plus too. 10 out of ten!

QUICK, Easy, Effortless, WORTH IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot explain just how life-changing this air wrap is. The amount of stress I get having to spend over an hour drying and styling my hair, and this eliminates all of that. I’ve seen videos of people talking about how easy this product is to use and how effortless it is and they’re all 110% correct. this just took my getting ready time and cut it in half, AT THE VERY LEAST. The various tools are all so fun and easy to use, and really do work on wet hair, which shocks me so much. Even the hairdryer application works 10 times better than any hairdryer I’ve ever used used. This was gifted by DysonHair and is 100% my honest review!

After 2 years, I finally bought the AirWrap almost a month ago after using a friend’s and loving it. I can say it is one of the best investments I have made. Here are some of my key takeaways:
- I was most surprised by the hair dryer attachment - it only took me 5 minutes to dry my hair! I have very long, thick, and curly hair that takes about 15-20 minutes to dry with my other hair dryer.
- Since my hair is curly, I do have to blow dry it, smooth it with the round brush, and then use the barrel attachments to avoid my natural curl coming out at the root. This entire process from wet out of the shower to styled takes about 20 minutes. If my hair is dry and I am using the barrel, it takes 7-10 minutes to style.
- Different products can change your entire look - if I use a mousse or a root spray, I get a ton of volume and my curls tend to hold better. If I use a blowout cream or smoothing products like oils, my curls look softer, and more relaxed.
- I do like the AirWrap id feature, however I do not believe it is completely necessary. You could manually do what the AirWrap id does with changing temperature and speeds. However, it is the same cost with or without this feature, so you might as well get the latest technology!
- I was someone who never did my hair because I wash it every day and would rather sleep in than style my hair - it was always up in a messy bun or clip. I can say that the AirWrap has changed my mornings for the better as it styles my hair so quickly!
- The only thing I wish I did differently was purchase the AirWrap that comes with the diffuser. I do plan to buy the diffuser attachment later on.
- My only “dislike” is the cost, but I quickly got over this as it is totally worth it!

This is my second air wrap and I love it but am not able to get a cold shot the way I could with my old one. I have to actually move the temperature switch from hot to cool rather than just pressing the power switch up as I used to. Any input would be appreciated.
