This is my second air wrap. First one lasted 7 years, I am helpless with hair tools but this is the best hair tool ever invented!! I have had long wavy hair and short wavy hair and it works great with both!! I get tons of compliments on my hair.
I regret purchasing. Technology too difficult to understand. None of the videos explain how to end with cool air to hold the curl. Also, 24 hours after ordering I saw the purchase price was $100.00 less than what I paid. Not a pleased customer.

Honestly, I really was hoping it would be a great buy but no. I have thick hair so I wouldn't recommend it. Not to mention the cost. It's not worth the whole hype. On top of that, the attachment kept on coming off. It literally was burth from the Dyson itself. You would think Dyson would have its own attachment not do that.

The handle is very wide and long. I am 5'2" I have small hands, and short arms that are in regular proportion to my body. I found this blow dryer difficult to hold because of the girth of the handle and there are no hand grips or anything that would make it easier to grip. I also found it difficult to maneuver because of the length of the handle, it's very long making it very awkward to work in the back of your head or even on the side of your head.

I have a Dyson and so do my daughters. I don't like the case. It needs to be designed better. The spacing is off and isn't enough. I bought additional attachments and can barely fit what came in the box back in the box. The inside of the box is black and the products are dark too. There is no contrast, making the pieces hard to find. The lid on the case isn't great either. The lid should securely snap on and there should be some type of handle for carrying the whole product.
I just received my Dyson air wrap id and imagine how disappointed I was to know that the app isn’t available to download in my country. Why is that? I’m from the Caribbean and not all your customers will be from the US. So now I can’t use my Dyson to its full capacity. Do better.

I got this as a gift for my 15th birthday and all honestly it’s super nice only that the curls do not last at. all.
