Decently quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats took to it right away! It’s not particularly loud, it sounds like a printer. I was worried they wouldn’t like the crystals but after exploring them a few times they finally took the plunge. The refills are really expensive though as I have three cats.

Sleek design, underwhelming performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product misses the mark on a lot of key aspects. The rake fails to move all of poop off to the side. The sensors can detect what kind of tray you are using, essentially forcing you to buy their brand only, even for the reusable trays. Litter box will flash red and not work if you are not using one of their trays. The lid that hides the poop only opens partially, making it hard to clean when using a reusable tray, as you have to lift the entire top part off. Although aesthetically better than cheaper alternatives, the overall performance is poorer and takes more effort to clean if using a reusable tray. I do find this litter box a bit quieter than some of the cheaper alternatives. If you plan on exclusively using disposable trays this product should be OKAY for you.

Good in theory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to set up. Requires to be near an outlet, and my cat wanted to play with the wires. I followed the instructions to put it next to the old box and put a little of the blue litter in the old box. The first night he peed in it once. Since then he has completely ignored it and just uses the old box. My other cat sprays, so I could not let him try this box because it’s very shallow. This box would be better if I could use regular litter. Also, you have to buy replacement litter trays. It might save time if the cat will use it, but it really doesn’t save any money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats love using this automatic litter box! It has been such a fantastic addition to the house. One of my cats likes to play with the litter for a bit, but she still uses it just fine. My other cat was hesitant at first, but now she’s completely comfortable with it. Overall, it’s been an absolutely fantastic addition and I’m so happy to have it in my house! 😻😻

Super easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest litter box you could ever use super light very efficient. It has a huge odor control. I have three cats and for about five days there was absolutely no bad scent. The best thing about it you can just remove the bottom box and throw it away. You do not need to clean the litter. Best thing I’ve ever tried for my cats.

First self cleaning litter box hits the target

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only used regular litter boxes before so I don’t have experience with self cleaning one so this was a wonderful new experience. At first my cat seem a little skeptical about it so I made sure to put it in the same spot as her old box and she used it right away. It dose make noise but you get use to it it’s not too loud and I like that fact that it’s self cleaning. The litter that came with it seem good for now but I only have one cat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too big and too shallow. There wasn't enough litter provided and I had to add more for my cats to be interested. The poop sticks to the rake and small chunks get left behind. It's a hassle to change the plastic bin because you have to take it apart to retrieve the litter under the tiny receptacle. Overall, too many unnecessary complications
