Works so good

I have 2 cats and love this litter box so far it’s been very durable it came in clutch for me especially for 2 cats , it’s so easy to keep up with the maintence , and there isn’t much odor honestly if your cleaning daily even if the machines cleans it ,it’s also not so loud during the cleaning cycle !

Difficult to maintain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the biggest fan of this. I found it more difficult to upkeep and maintain than a regular litter box. Might be easier to clean for some, just not for us.

Crystal Plus is NOT the Call

I had one of the old ones and it was amazing. This new crystal plus model is trash. Jams all the time. Hardly get a week of use out of tray when I used to get 10 days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this and it does a good job of cleaning pet waste. Much more sanitary than scooping and limits the mess and frequency of having to empty the litter.
